"Who are you talking about? Old Gu? He went to buy you medicine." Since none of those staying at the villa had brought any medicine, Gu Xun had to go out to get some.

However, the nearest pharmacy was also a few kilometers away.

"Where is she?" Jiang Zhiyi asked again.

Li Yue was stunned for a moment before he realized, "You’re asking about your sister-in-law? They went with the fishermen to the island to have fun. We were supposed to go too, but since you fell ill, Old Gu and I had to stay to take care of you.
