The bodyguard said, reaching out to lift him off the ground. He covered the child’s face with his right hand, and Gan Tang only smelled a faint fragrance before his vision went dark and his small body softened against the bodyguard’s shoulder.

The two guests who were urinating were almost startled into wetting their pants, but Jessica didn’t pay attention, only loudly calling out Gan Tang’s name as she rushed to knock on the stall doors.
