Truly a magnificent sight for anyone who placed their whole lives in the art of magic to see a city that’s empowered by such a complex spell. That’s enhanced by a ton of contraptions that manipulates the properties of the spell with every clog that would sift through another one

Within a certain part of the ice kingdom, a city was created by a few frostherus that escaped the hands of the monsters.
