Shen Yubai stood up and walked to a quieter place to answer the call.

"Hello," he had barely answered when a weathered but powerful voice sounded on the other end.

Xu Chuning stared intently at Shen Yubai not far away, her eyes brimming with anticipation.

Shen Sinian came down from upstairs and the first thing he saw was Xu Chuning staring unwaveringly at Shen Yubai. He watched for a while, couldn’t resist, and took out his phone to snap a picture of the two.

After the shot, Shen Sinian nonchalantly walked over to Xu Chuning and said, "Ningning."

Xu Chuning turned to glance at him and said, "Let’s not talk now."
