“Let’s eat, munchkins; once we’re done with breakfast, we’ll hit the road.” She walked into the room once Cloud opened the door and saw her sons, all looking groggy and disoriented.

“Mama, cuddle.” Cohen was the first to wake fully, reaching his arms out for a hug.

“Mama, I want a hug too.” Yu Chen instantly woke up as soon as he heard the word ‘mama’. His brother was the worst, always hogging their mother’s attention.

“Okay, cuddles.” Qin Xue picked them both up, one in each arm.

“Two more to go, come get a hug from mommy.” Qin Xue let go of her youngest son and Cohen to embrace Jingtao and Yu Ze.

In Qin Xue’s heart, all these kids were like her own. Therefore, she loved them all equally. Plus, they were obedient and never jealous or competitive, which was a blessing for her. Otherwise, dealing with them would be quite difficult.

“Mama, are we going to grandma’s place now?” Cohen was most concerned about this as he was afraid Qin Xue would leave him behind.

“Yes, get up, wash up, and once we finish breakfast we’re heading out. So you guys can’t dilly-dally, okay?” Qin Xue let her two children go to help them dress up and wear their shoes, offering full one-stop service.

“Yay!” The children cheered and danced with excitement.

“Taotao, your uncle will drop you off at your dad’s, since your auntie and your aunt have to take everyone else to the car.” Chu Molin came over to take Jingtao’s hand.

“Uncle, I’m not going to my dad’s. I want to go to grandma’s house with my brothers.” Jingtao stepped back instead of forward, he also wanted to go to his grandma’s. He didn’t want to be left alone.

“But we agreed on this from the start, we never told your mom and dad that you’d come with us, now. If you’re going to act like this, your mom will be upset.” Qin Xue didn’t expect Jingtao to want to join them, how was she going to explain this to Fang Xiu?

“Then I’ll go with uncle to tell mom that I also want to go to grandma’s house.” Jingtao was adamant. He was determined to go with them.
