Chapter 1341: Chapter 1335 Fear in the Heart_1 Chapter 1341: Chapter 1335 Fear in the Heart_1 Chu Molin stood outside waiting for Ye Xuan. He would be working here in six months, which meant a busy schedule ahead and less time with the family.
“Big brother, let’s go.” Ye Xuan saw Chu Molin standing there looking into the distance when he came out. He followed his gaze but saw nothing but some trees. He had no idea what had Molin so engrossed.
“Are you done talking?” Chu Molin knew when Ye Xuan came out, he just didn’t say anything.
“Yes, we’re done. Let’s go back. At least I can help look after the kids, even if I can’t help your wife with cooking.” Ye Xuan couldn’t bear just eating while his sister-in-law labored, so he decided to babysit instead.
“My child is very well-behaved.” Whenever Chu Molin was with his child, he would just put the child on a rug to play with toys. He didn’t have to put in much effort to look after them.
“Isn’t that great, being focused.” Ye Xuan thought everyone should have that kind of focus because one can accomplish only with full concentration.
“Do you mean to train them to become marksmen in the future?” Chu Molin guessed Ye Xuan’s intent upon hearing his words.
“Yes, marksmen.” Ye Xuan didn’t deny his idea, but it would work only with the parents’ consent.
“Let’s see in the future. They’re not even a year old yet, aren’t you thinking too far ahead?” Chu Molin leaving this comment, gave him a glance, and walked away.
His sons were still so little, and Ye Xuan was already thinking about recruiting them, without asking him, the father, whether he would agree.
“Fine, you should groom them well. They can join the army when they aspire to be marksmen.” Ye Xuan didn’t mind whether it was him or Chu Molin approached, he believed that the two kids would be exceptional soldiers, having such distinguished parents. Perhaps they would even become coveted assets.
Qin Xue always believes that the children’s opinion matters most. Whatever they chose to do, they would decide, and the parents would only give suggestions. Chu Molin agreed with this, thinking it made sense.
“Being your child is indeed a blessing.” Ye Xuan thought about the little angel in H Province, wondering if her parents would prioritise her happiness.
“I think so too. Didn’t you say you were leaving? Why aren’t you?”Chu Molin looked at the still Ye Xuan. He said he was leaving, but he was still standing here without moving.
“Let’s go.” Ye Xuan saw the impatience in his brother’s face. He just wanted to go home and see his sister-in-law as soon as possible, so was there a need to hurt the feelings of this single man?
“Eh, you’re back so soon. Why didn’t you stay there longer?” Qin Xue was surprised to see her husband standing in front of her.
“Don’t you want to see me?” Chu Molin asked her calmly. Only he knew how afraid he was to hear the word “don’t”.
“No, I just thought you would chat with dad for a while longer, you haven’t seen each other in so long.” Qin Xue knew that Chu Molin’s contact with them was mostly through the phone and telegrams since he left. They only saw each other when they visited a few days ago.
So to Qin Xue, it seemed they would have a lot to talk about. But judging from Chu Molin’s demeanor, she felt something was not right.
