Chapter 623: The Deadly Man

Chapter 623: Chapter 623: The Deadly Man

"Hmm."

Abigail felt very ashamed. Why did this man insist on her nodding?

She just made a hum when the man turned her head. Abigail angrily scolded him, "What are you doing?"

"You." Brandon Piers held Abigail’s face with both hands and kissed her.

Unlike previous kisses, the man at this moment showed no hesitation. The kiss that landed on Abigail’s lips was scalding and fierce.

Abigail couldn’t handle it at all and lightly pushed him with her hand. "Mmm, Brandon, not here..."

"Hmm." Brandon made a sound, released Abigail, then picked her up horizontally and walked towards the black bed. Even so, he didn’t forget to lower his head to keep kissing the soft person in his arms.

Abigail looked into the man’s blazing eyes, blushing with shame, yet she didn’t resist his actions.

Her reaction encouraged Brandon, making his actions bolder and more passionate. After kissing her, he didn’t forget to whisper against Abigail’s burning cheek, "Baby, so sweet."

"Shut up..." Abigail’s toes curled with shame, her overflowing peach blossom eyes glaring tenderly at the man holding her.

Being glared at made Brandon’s heart melt. He rubbed his chin against Abigail’s cheek, "Don’t glare. I can’t handle it."

Listening to this hoarse voice filled with desire, Abigail swallowed her dry throat and pointed to the lamp nearby, "Turn off the light, turn off the light..."

"Hmm." Brandon held her, turned off the lamp with his elbow.

The entire room suddenly plunged into darkness. Abigail couldn’t see the man’s face anymore, but her hearing became sharper, listening to Brandon’s breathing, her heartbeat quickened.

"Brandon, Brandon..."

Bang!

The next moment, Abigail was thrown onto the soft bed by the man. She wanted to say something but was silenced by his lips.

A long night, endless joy.

Abigail woke up in the afternoon.

She turned her head and didn’t see Brandon. Feeling a bit disappointed yet relieved, she struggled to get up from the bed, but as soon as she sat up, she fell back down, resentfully muttering, "Pervert."

Phew!

Exhaling a breath, Abigail got up again, her whole body aching as if she had been run over by a truck. Looking down, she saw the love marks everywhere.

"Awake?" Just as Abigail sat on the bed in anger, cursing a certain man for his lack of restraint, his voice suddenly rang out.

Abigail angrily ignored him.

Brandon, however, seemed oblivious to being snubbed, coming closer, "Hungry? Let me bring breakfast in for you."

"Hey, I’ll go out to eat myself." Abigail stopped Brandon. She had never eaten in the room before. Eating in the room now would be too obvious.

Brandon looked at her for a while, then glanced at the clock, "It’s best to eat in the room. Sleep a bit more after eating. You need plenty of rest."

Seeing this, Abigail looked at the clock and realized it was already two in the afternoon. She had missed lunch? Embarrassed and angry, "You know I need more rest."

Brandon, hearing this, felt remorseful. Last night, he kept Abigail’s condition in mind, but he lost control in the end. It wasn’t until she passed out that he realized, and since she hadn’t woken up, he had spent the morning in anxiety, even calling a doctor to confirm she was just exhausted.

Hearing Abigail’s accusation, Brandon looked as remorseful as a child caught doing something wrong. "Abigail, I was wrong."

Looking at the man’s genuine apology, Abigail felt both angry and amused, "Hurry up, I’m hungry."

"Okay, right away." Upon hearing that Abigail didn’t continue to blame him, Brandon seemed rejuvenated, replying promptly as he left the room.

Watching the man’s retreating figure, Abigail recalled her earlier imperiousness and the madness of last night. She couldn’t help but smile, and soon the smile grew uncontrollably. In the end, she buried her head in the quilt laughing.

She had the nerve to scold him just now, but last night’s loss of control was also because she indulged him.

And in the end, she enjoyed it...

"Abigail, what are you thinking!" Realizing she was reminiscing about last night’s lack of restraint and the man whispering obscenities into her ear with sweat dripping from his forehead, Abigail bit her lip, forbidding herself from thinking further.

Brandon came back, carrying the "breakfast," and saw Abigail still sitting on the bed, her tender face blushing. When she looked at him with watery eyes, he paused, thinking she looked like an enchantress.

"Do you want to come down to eat or eat in bed?" Brandon suppressed his surging emotions, asking softly.

Abigail pointed to the coffee table, "Down to eat."

After speaking, she weakly got out of bed, wearing the loose sleepwear Brandon had prepared. Her exposed collarbone still bore the scattered love marks he had left.

Brandon’s eyes followed Abigail’s every movement. As she walked to the sofa and looked at him, he finally came back to his senses and hurriedly placed the "breakfast" in front of her.

"Start with something light to fill your stomach. If you’re still hungry, I’ll have the kitchen prepare something else." Brandon spoke, but his gaze never left Abigail.

Abigail felt extremely uncomfortable under the man’s scorching gaze, casting him a delicate look, "Control yourself."

"Okay." Brandon was charmed by Abigail’s glance, bringing him back to his senses slightly, "Eat quickly, or it will get cold."

Abigail hummed in agreement but found her arm too sore to lift the bowl. Her face turned red again as she looked at Brandon coquettishly, "Look at what you’ve done."

"I’ll feed you." Brandon said, sitting beside her, holding the bowl. He tried it himself with a spoon first before feeding Abigail.

Abigail had never been served like this; she felt embarrassed and awkward. "I can do it myself."

Yet, the man looked soft, but his attitude remained firm. Insisting on feeding her.

Abigail was very uncomfortable with this, but as she watched the man sitting in front of her, treating the act of feeding as if preparing for battle, she couldn’t help but laugh at him, collapsing into his arms. She never expected this man to behave like this in a relationship.

Her heart was filled with his sweetness.

Being pampered was so sweet.

"Don’t mess around." Brandon looked down at the person in his arms, his heart softening. Although he said don’t mess around, his body honestly remembered the beauty of last night, rubbing his chin against Abigail’s head, "Behave, and eat." So she could eat and then he could bully her.

Abigail seemed to read the man’s true intentions, climbing out of Brandon’s arms while mumbling as she ate the porridge, "It’s been a long time since I slept with Teddy. Tonight, I’ll sleep with Teddy." If she was messed with for one more night, she would die.

"No. Teddy’s sleeping posture is bad. It will affect your rest." Brandon refused without hesitation.

"Don’t malign Teddy. He sleeps just fine."

"He eats at night, disturbing your recovery." Failing one plan, Brandon came up with another.

Abigail glanced at the man sideways, as if to say, And you disturb my recovery?

"Then the three of us can sleep together?" Abigail compromised.

Unexpectedly, the man suddenly rested his head on her shoulder, his voice hoarse and firm, "No."

Abigail said nothing.

This was going to kill her!
