After getting into the car, Kiara called elder Brother to inform him of Renee Wong’s location, without going into details; elder Brother understood.

“There are lots of viruses in the hospital. Go home, and I’ll take care of him.”

“No, I can’t leave. My son will be uneasy if he can’t see me,” Isaac said, unable to leave with Zoe looking like that.

Seeing that the couple was about to argue over this, Kiara promptly intervened.

“This ward is a private room that I arranged. The patients on this floor are all orthopedic, so it’s unlikely that Isaac will catch a cold.”

Second Brother nodded to Kiara, appreciating her thoughtfulness and thoroughness.

“Then you two take care of Zoe. I’ll head back first,” Kiara said, shooting Second Brother a meaningful glance, which he understood.

Once they reached the hospital entrance and were sure that Isaac couldn’t hear them, Kiara told Second Brother about what had happened that day.

“Yes, Elder Brother has already had someone take her away. She was involved in planning the scheme against my brother-in-law and sister-in-law…”

Kiara explained the whole situation to Second Brother.

The more Second Brother listened, the uglier his expression became.
