I’m saddened by whatever is currently happening in the streets, and at this minute, I authorize all the traffic police officers on this shift at the moment to shoot down anyone protesting and I order all the special troops to work on these protestants using their stupidity to hurt other innocent civilians, they should be shot down immediately, I have offered the downtown cemetery as their burial grounds...
