Su Wei Wei who was feeling smug, snapped her eyes open and lunged on Huo Shen’s back as it was facing her and he was caught off guard, she immediately stretched her hands to move the collar of his shirt to the side so that she could see the tattoo but Huo Shen was faster than her.

Before she could get hold of his shirt collar, he held her mischievous hands before dragging her to the front and she fell into his crisscrossed legs.

"We haven’t gotten engaged yet but you can’t wait to devour me... Are you that thirsty?" He warmly chastised before letting go of her hands and went back to typing what he was writing, Su Wei Wei slightly blushed knowing that she had been caught, but she didn’t care, she was just dying to see that tattoo...

"I was awakened by a terrible nightmare, and in a moment of shock, I lunged at you! Can’t you be a little bit gentle to this fair gender? Don’t you know how delicate we are?" She softly hummed lifting her hand and gently caressed his face going down towards his lips moving to the neck caressing his Adam’s apple headed over to the collar but Huo Shen held her naughty hand.

"I told you, don’t carelessly provoke a man! Do you know that, that’s the most vulnerable part of a man?" He gently nudged her to the side from his arms before gazing at his laptop, most of the CCTV footages were already recovered and now he was downloading them all.

Su Wei Wei just sat there on the carpet eying him, of course she knew it was easier to kill a man through Adam’s apple, but how could a full-grown ass man not have any reaction at all after that close and awkward sitting position? How was it possible that after all the touches, caressing and falling into his arms, he still didn’t have any reaction? He didn’t even blush or flinch... Everything seemed to be normal with him.

Was it possible that it could be because her body was undeveloped and unattractive? She gazed at her bust, and then at her little butt, but should a body be the reason a man should react? Shouldn’t it be feelings?

"Your food is ready in the kitchen! Weren’t you starving earlier on?" He slightly smirked as he side-eyed her catching her on that small action of checking herself out.

"Why haven’t you asked me what happened? And how did I know?" She curiously inquired eying him with her eyes wide open, how was it possible that he was calm towards her after all this? Wouldn’t he think it’s strange and she is a living monster?

"What are you even thinking about? Thank you... You saved me for another second round... I guess I owe you, you can come to me for anything in the future, now, can you go and have some food? Your tummy is complaining already!" He gently flickered her forehead and she got up rushing over to the kitchen after her tummy rumbled out like that embarrassing her even more so in front of her crush.

"Master..." Huo Qi who was still squatting there eyed his master wondering why he wasn’t as curious as he was! He has been waiting but he ended up not asking! Shouldn’t they ask? Shouldn’t they know these things?

"Huo Qi, can you be more useful for once? Take care of the wedding and I told Huo Zheng to bring our men over, make arrangements for them if you are too idle..." He roughly punched his shoulder. He was too curious not knowing curiosity was another cancerous trait.

Huo Qi got up and strode out of the mansion to check on the big animals before doing anything else.

Su Wei Wei who was in the kitchen, would sneak in a few glances at Huo Shen wondering if it was normal for a human not to be curious! He didn’t even ask her, but deep down, she felt relieved that he wasn’t being around her because of what that fortune teller had said.

She didn’t have any appetite but she was hungry, she served some food onto the plate and strolled over to the sitting area with a spoon. She got closer and settled down on the carpet just like him closely.

She placed the plate of food on the coffee table near his laptop before holding his hand and placing the tablespoon in his palms, maybe this would work magic.
