With that right, those animals would immediately get hanged if there was clear evidence! They were left speechless! He was the President and they had no reason to demand him to do anything, after all, they were the law.

The citizens didn’t have a reason to abandon their kids, and he thought of putting down some strong regulations for anyone planning to have kids in the future to curb this mess!
