Huo Zheng was surprised at how accurate she was, this could be said to be a well-thought-out plan, they were to come in and declare to the public that everyone in this charity home moved away after those assailants had left. So if Su Wei Wei and her team hadn’t dropped over and disrupted their plans, these trucks would have been on the way already.

"Raise your arms!" The police officers had already taken Su Wei Wei, Huo Zheng, and her team as their enemies.

"They haven’t even inquired what went down here!" Huo Zheng frowned glaring at the police officers while lifting his hands! Since they were wearing some police uniforms, shouldn’t they get closer to understanding the situation and why these people were killed? Unless they were in cahoots with these criminals and ready to cover up everything!

"So cynical!" Su Wei Wei hated the most when people who should be protecting human life were advocating and supporting criminals to commit crimes in their area, how were they going to be useful with their uniforms if this was all they had? They were just a bunch of greedy men for money.

"How dare you kill people here in our territory?"

"And you do know killing people no matter what is a crime!" The two police officers were pointing their handguns at Huo Zheng and Su Wei Wei who had lifted their hands still holding their handguns.

They carefully walked over and before they could get any closer, Su Wei Wei fired her bullets killing them instantly without batting her eyelids! Getting rid of such humans was clearing the monsters civilized citizens had to come across.

"Since they can’t do their job then I will assist them by dying honorably, instead of continuing to live, they died on duty you know! Tell the guards to come over and bury them somewhere in the backyard, we will be vacating this place sooner..." After instructing Huo Zheng, she tucked her gun away before strolling over to the building and walking into the hall where they had placed a majority of the grownups and they didn’t seem to be waking up at any time soon.

’Could those criminals have knocked them out using drugs’ she inwardly wondered getting closer.

"What should we do? We don’t have enough time to wait until they wake up!" Li Ruo was worried that she had her special troop members out there also waiting for her to rescue them and they were running out of time.

"Fetch some cold water from the kitchen, we will try waking them up with that..." She bent over and nudged a woman whom she met yesterday during her engagement party, who should probably be the owner of the charity home, but she didn’t budge no matter how much she nudged her body. She lay there vulnerably and looked lifeless.

Su Wei Wei thought maybe there was a possibility that they used some drugs on them to make sure they totally passed out, Li Ruo and Ya Ya returned with two jericans of water and poured the contents on them from one person to the other, and since the water was so cold, they were forcefully awakened from the unconsciousness state.

They somehow looked confused like their minds had stopped working, they couldn’t understand their situation and what was going on.

It took them time to realize where they were and for the fact that they were still inside their facility hall! They were saved!

"Officers!" They were surprised to see the police officers but different from the ones stationed near these police stations surrounding them, they hadn’t expected to see them actually knowing how notorious they were for having terrible records.

"Yes, what happened here? Why were you all suddenly unconscious?" Su Wei Wei squatted to their low as the grownups sat up first gazing at them curiously.

"You truly came to our rescue! Thank you!" Other grown-ups who didn’t know what was happening, rejoiced seeing these police officers showing up to their rescue, the only person who noticed something else was Ling Fu.

She had recognized Ya Ya first because she had seen her yesterday, even though she didn’t know Li Ruo, she had seen this woman having a dance with Mrs. Huo, and then, she lifted her head and scrutinized Su Wei Wei who was squatting there closer to her, Even though her facial features were distorted and she looked like someone else, she immediately recognized her. It was Mrs Huo.

"Thank you..." She hurriedly knelt and kowtowed thanking them, if they didn’t show up, it would have turned into something else, she was grateful that she kept her promise and came over.

When they were attacked she wished she could call her for help but since she didn’t have any contact information, she could only hope she kept her promise.

"It’s okay! Get up!" Su Wei Wei assisted her to get up but they both staggered before stabilizing their footing while still she held Ling Fu’s arms.

Ling Fu was slightly experiencing heavy headaches and lightheadedness, the drug they had used to knock them out might be causing these side effects.

"Can we talk privately?" She didn’t want to expose her in front of them since she wanted to stay anonymous, Su Wei Wei nodded her head and they strolled over to the corridor leaving Li Ruo and Ya Ya to take care of the ones that had woken up before going around and waking all other kids who had fallen unconscious.

"I also wanted to understand what happened here! Why were you attacked?" Su Wei Wei frowned gazing at her when she suddenly felt a huge body lunging onto her and she carefully wrapped her arms around her as the woman loudly sobbed.

It wasn’t easy as a leader to hold on until now, she couldn’t express her weakness in front of all those women depending on her. She had to be strong and act strong, but in front of Su Wei Wei, she let herself cry for the very first time after so many years.
