Chapter 308: Chapter 308; Are you certain that it’s sailing?

"I don’t know much, but the only rumors I got was that this person with purple eyes was extraordinary, had supernatural powers, and would be the next world ruler, everyone wants to be powerful and get hold of this person and get those powers by maybe sucking his/her blood and other things like a collaboration! But I don’t know how true these words are!" Huo Zheng didn’t hide anything, since she knew these rumors were there, then it was high time she knew about this thing, the sooner the better to guard against any dangers.

"So, this is the same reason Huo Shen didn’t want me to go out there with my purple eyes!" She was surprised, but then again, understood why he did that! He was worried about her safety.

"Yeah..." Huo Zheng nodded eying her, he didn’t see any other emotions apart from surprise.

She wasn’t worried about the dangers, she only cared about what Huo Shen thought about all these.

"Mr President..." Huo Dong walked over to his presidential office and settled down on the office chair leaning backward and exhaling loudly while combing his hair backward with his long fingers.

He felt like he had suddenly aged, he never expected his brother coming back to stay here would cost him so much, so much that he would be losing his seat any time from now.

"Do you think I want to be in this situation? If I don’t give him names, it’s me who is going to lose this seat, and if I state their names, my life would be in danger, all in all, everything is messed up!" He hoarsely muttered while wiggling the tie around his neck pulling it away before tossing it into the drawer beneath the desk.

"How about the royal family?" Huo Ting didn’t know what else to do to save their situation, everything was whirling away in the opposite direction.

"That royal family? It’s the weakest one, they are also using me to get closer to Huo Shen, do you think they were willing to form an alias with me? They are just a bunch of pests that want to cling to me!" He was infuriated, the Mo family was better in terms of powers and connections compared to this royal family.

Everyone could see and tell these two parties were just using each other for some benefit.

Huo Ting stood there pacing around back and forth. They did have guards but they were nothing compared to Huo Shen’s, and for the military powers, they had none, Huo Dong couldn’t command the military men and women apart from the little military men assigned to him.

He sometimes felt like he wasn’t a president but rather a puppet who ran the country for his brother’s sake.

"All right, let’s do the list first, and then we can see what to do next, and if they try to attack us, we will expose them... But do you think my brother is naïve and stupid? He already has a clue of who and who is after him, he is just testing us and see if we have repented!" He loudly sighed! As much as he hated his brother, he knew he was no match when it came to their smartness and intelligence, Huo Shen has always been intelligent, and smart.

"So, is he testing us?" Huo Ting of course knew this guy wasn’t someone they could mess around with! He was very intelligent and smart.

"Let’s do some work before thinking of our next step, I know you know the kind of phone calls you need to make, go on...." He loudly sighed before getting the files and going through them. He wasn’t in the mood to work but he was the president, he needed to go through the bills, attend the assemblies, and discuss the country’s well-being and economy.

"Master Huo, we have found the location of the Ship!" Huo Shen got an urgent call from his team of secret agent guards. He was standing gazing down into the streets through his tall office French window.

One hand was pocketed and the other one was holding the mobile phone while talking. His face was wrinkled with frowns as he squinted his eyes.

"How many nautical miles are we talking about from the seashore?" He hoarsely inquired before turning around to gaze at his desk which was full of files.

"I don’t know how we can estimate it but the ship is in the middle of the Carribean island, and the Pirate Islands... And then it’s almost the dark corner, I think, we should just let it go...." The sound from the other side of the phone call sounded a bit grave and Huo Shen could tell the situation was a bit tricky.

If the ship had sunk, then he would have let it go, but at the thought that there should be some soldiers waiting for some rescue to come over to them, he didn’t think he could let it go... That ship was also carrying some mini-missiles and other explosives that he didn’t want any person to come across and get hold of them.

They could easily be used against them, their country would be in danger if the pirates managed to secure that ship.

He was slightly conflicted and had hard choices to make. At the slightest negligence, he would end up compromising everything he had worked hard for.

"Are you certain that it’s sailing?" He strode back to his office seat and settled down massaging the space in between his eyebrows. He didn’t know what conditions the ship was in.

"It isn’t sailing because its location has been stagnant for the last several hours we have been monitoring it, and it’s above the waters... We haven’t gotten any fault signal..." The guy was facing a wall mounted with several surveillance monitors. They had a huge team that was working through on their laptops to get this specified information.

"I....
