He tightly hugged her in his arms, "I’m the only person who can be good to you, you don’t need to keep anything inside... Let them all out!" She was young and it was normal to bite and scratch whenever she came across humans...

After reading the information he had gathered on her, about her life in the Su family, he was pissed. How could they do that to her? Her mother married into the family and brought her over. Yet this woman watched her daughter be mistreated and even joined them!

What kind of mother was that?

Huo Shen knew that this little girl here was deprived of love and it was normal to purr... She needed love and attention to grow up as any other normal kid.

"Hehehe..." She softly giggled letting go and went back to her seat, of course, she could see, that he wasn’t that bad and at least he was being genuine but she was scared of trusting humans and then ended up miserably.

"It’s okay. You can do whatever you want. I will support you all the way. And clean up any messes. But I will need to be rewarded from time to time. Depending on my performance ofcourse. What do you think?" He smirked, seeing the doubt in her eyes. It wasn’t so easy to change a person and gain their trust.

"Okay, that’s fair then..." Since he gave her his word, then she can do whatever she wants without any worrying about explainations.

"Good. Let me tell them to add some papaya into your juice. It’s should help to make you look atleast a little more feminine..." He muttered as he arched an eyebrow, grinning mischieviously with a meaningful glance.

"You.. you... you... you..." She tightly clenched her tiny hands into fists ready to attack but hesitated, this man was smiling now but he could kill her in a flicker of a second. This type of people was more deadly compared to those who showed their true character... She exhaled loudly trying to calm down.

"Hehe..." Huo Shen softly chuckled seeing how she was left speechless and that soft smile allured Su Wei Wei who was gazing at him intently when she suddenly noticed a tattoo around the neck and down to the chest... He was wearing official black trousers and a long long-sleeved official blue shirt but had left two buttons unbuttoned, exposing his neck.

She stopped what she was doing and rushed over to his seat and held his shirt collar, planning to drag it to the side and see what tattoo he had but Huo Shen reflexively stopped her naughty hands from moving further even though he didn’t know what she wanted to see.

"What? You are willing to throw yourself into my arms now? You do know that you are still young and we can’t do it yet..." He held her waist closer supporting her from falling.

" Humph! " She got off and went back to her seat, she had acted on a whim but she will find time to check it later. That tattoo might give her some clues about the nightmares she was facing last night.

"Master Huo, here are the files...." There were so many files coming from the office today due to the many ongoing projects. But Huo Shen didn’t plan on going into the office, knowing how many people were there trying to get a chance to see him.

"Okay, place them there, I will work on them..." He signaled him to place them on the table... "Order all kinds of fancy dresses and they should be of small size, she will pick one out of them..." It was better if he made decisions for her, she just wanted to get engaged but didn’t know the right procedure.

"How about we wait until I’m eighteen before we make a public engagement? People change, hearts change and minds change you know and it’s possible for the two of us to... " She felt it was too early to make it public, she wanted to have a low-key engagement that she could easily escape from.

"Don’t worry, when you turn eighteen, you should be thinking of what kind of wedding dress you want to wear!" He smirked knowing what was in her mind... There was no way out after she budged into his life.
