"We have arrived!" Huo Qi notified Huo Shen and they noticed the men lying still on the road seemingly injured as the chopper went low, when that lorry lost its bearing, the back wheels ran through them at that moment Su Wei Wei kicked them out and they were nursing some serious injuries.

They had called for a backup to come and pick them up but since the military choppers had arrived they didn’t have any escape route. It was too late for them.

From the air, Huo Shen could see a Lorry on fire and his heart immediately dropped while his back stiffened in disbelief!

This was the location and this was the Lorry, but it was blazing with fire, what could have led it to steer out of the sub-highway down the slope?

Huo Shen weakly stood up and wanted to jump out of the chopper but Huo Zheng who had noticed his intrusive thoughts immediately held him back.

"It’s lowering! Don’t be careless!" He strongly cautioned him while holding him back with Huo Qi as he struggled to get out of their grip and whatever words Huo Zheng was saying were like buzzing sounds around his ears.

All he wanted to do at that moment was to get down there and at least try to rescue her. His eyes immediately teared up gazing at the Lorry that went up in flames and the fire was burning so fiercely.

Huo Qi gazed at his master and his heart immediately chilled, if she truly died in those flames, he would bury everyone with her, and him included, they were going to accompany her to hell.

This was the first time he was seeing him cry and be weak like this after his mother succumbed to fires too, this has always been a trauma he has never been able to forget and this was bringing back those terrible memories.

As the chopper went low, they were able to get off through the rope ladders down to that scene.

"Wei Wei..." He weakly went down on his knees seeing the Lorry was almost turning into ashes, where was his girl? Was he so late to rescue her? It felt like it was his fault and he could only blame himself for being inadequate and unable to protect her!

When the soldiers walked around the place, they noticed some kids bundled at a far distance away together quiet and frightened.

They could see two injured people and one of them was the person they were looking for, "Master, Missus is here!" The special military armed police officer called them over, it was better to see her body than to see ashes.

"She is there?" Huo Shen’s eyes sparkled with hope as he hurriedly got up and with the support of Huo Zheng and Huo Qi, he got over to where she lay. Tang Wei had managed to rescue her but she sustained severe burns, second-degree burns affecting 70 per cent of her body area.

Was she going to make it? Su Wei Wei who had heard those bursts of fires was conscious and could feel her surroundings, "Tang Wei...." She groggily opened her eyes and could see how burnt she was.

"I saved you, Master, please take care of my siblings, and then, she said, she likes you..." Tang Wei closed her eyes in relief, it was like she had been waiting for this moment to finally let go.

Feeling the person beside her was fading away, she stretched her hand and held hers and transmitted some magical healing powers into her body, as much as she didn’t have much left for herself, she wouldn’t allow her to die just like that, she had to save her.

"Wei Wei...." Huo Shen held her in his arms as another emergency military medical chopper got down landing on that sloping land.

They wanted to pick her up but Huo Shen roughly nudged them away and picked her up by himself as he hurriedly trudged over to the chopper before placing her down on the trolley bed.

Huo Qi who had noticed the medical emergency doctors’ frown, shook his head signalling them to shut up, it wasn’t at that time that they could air their dissatisfaction so openly, Huo Shen wasn’t in the right mind currently.

"Pick all those kids and take them over to the Military academy, and find out that girl’s siblings, bring them over..." Huo Qi picked up the other girl who had rescued Wei Wei and they also placed her inside the chopper as the emergency doctors began working on them.

"How is she?" He nervously mumbled as he gently caressed her face which was full of cuts. He knew her body could heal itself, but what about this scenario? Was she going to be okay? He wanted to be optimistic but—

"We are working on it!" They could only give him a perfunctory answer while they tended to them. They resuscitated Tang Wei trying to stabilize her.

Huo Qi had gotten the two siblings, they boarded the other chopper while all the other kids were assisted to get into the other military choppers that would take them over to the military academy camp, those three kidnappers were also picked up as the military choppers flew away.

"Should we go over to the Huo Hospital?" Huo Zheng who was seated beside Huo Shen worriedly inquired gazing at the two girls who had severe injuries.

"It would be better in the military academy camp, let the hospital make preparations and any other person admitted there should immediately be moved over to Huo hospital if their cases aren’t complicated..." He wanted the entire place all to his girl! He didn’t want anyone getting closer to that place and every door had to be locked down.
