Chapter 113: Chapter 113; What do you know!
"Huo Shi, why are you in so much hurry? That Maximum Prison Center isn’t moving away right? Calm down at least!" Huo Yan felt like his sister was taking it to the extreme ordering their mother like that. Her attitude was unbecoming and very rude.
"What do you know! Stop asking me questions, if she comes down and you aren’t done, I will leave you here..." She coldly harrumphed finding her brother to be a nuisance and judging her actions all the time as if he was a saint. Did he think the world rotates around him just because he was a boy?
Huo Yan noticed that glint of disgust flickering through her sharp eyes. Since when did his sister become this calculative? What did he do for her to loathe her so much? What was she up to? He doesn’t recall doing anything to receive this kind of attitude from her.
He lost all the appetite, he got up and strolled over to the door put his shoes on and walked over to the parking lot.
Zhou Zan rushed down with the golden card before placing it on her stretched-out palm.
"Shop diligently, you do know how your father is..." She courteously muttered before going back to her seat but realized her son wasn’t present.
Huo Shi roughly placed the glass of milk on the table before strolling out into the parking lot, she had already worn some new canvas shoes from her bedroom closet.
She boarded her brother’s car as he was the one who currently had his own apart from the family cars. She settled down in the passenger’s seat as Huo Yan drove out.
"You do know the way, we are picking Su Qing up at her home..." She balanced her seat and leaned backwards closing her eyes. She slightly felt exhausted and no one knew what she had been up to the entire night.
Huo Yan side-eyed her worriedly, all he could recall was that Huo Shi had never been that close with Su Qing to be cautious of time.
What was happening to her? What was she hiding? He drove out of the iron gate into the streets before getting over to the highway. He concentrated on driving but his mind was occupied by Huo Shi’s current behaviour.
She was a teenager and of course, she could be in a rebellious stage, but no, something was off about her... She no longer joins her mother for gardening, she no longer sticks around the sitting area or in the dining as usual, and she has been cooped up in her bedroom most of the time.
She no longer eats as usual, she has limited her quantity and has a few snacks, and she has cut weight too... Everything about her screamed suspicion.
Huo Shi could feel those peering eyes but she didn’t open her eyes, she wasn’t bothered.

"It was morning when the nurse finally came over to Mo Zi Jia’s wardroom as the wardroom didn’t have any emergency and they had already been attended to.
The blood transfusion would always take longer before it was done.
Wang Kang was seated on the floor while her head leaned on the hospital side bed supported by her hands sleeping while Mo Zi Jia slept on the hospital bed. There was some unknown tranquillity.
The nurse strode over to the hospital bed and tried to wake Wang Kang up but he fell sideways to the floor in the slightest nudge of her shoulders. She hurriedly checked on her nose but she wasn’t breathing, it was far and faint.
She immediately called for the emergency department and the doctors who were close by doing rounds in the other wardrooms rushed over picked Wang Kang up and took her over to the emergency room that was next door trying to resuscitate her.
"Call her family over! Her organs are failing and we will have to do an emergency surgery..." The attending doctor worriedly instructed the nurses who immediately got Mo Zi Jia’s phone details and began making phone calls.
The call still hadn’t gone through when she was suddenly pronounced dead... Just like that, she was dead and gone, it was a matter of minutes and she was no more.
"She is dead... Note the time down..." The doctor couldn’t do anything.

In the wardroom, Mo Zi Jia had opened her eyes due to the commotion that was happening around her, the nurse had also checked her heartbeat and it was okay.
"Nurse, what happened? Are we experiencing some blackout or it is the lights you haven’t switched on?" She curiously inquired as she tried to sit up but she felt so weak. That earlier feeling when she was poisoned was back but this was quite intense. Her joints were cracking and feeling excruciating pain.
"Let me call the doctor to check on you..." She was an attending nurse and not her doctor. She stepped out of the bedroom and went over to the other wardroom they were resuscitating her mother.
"Doctor, the patient seems to have turned blind all of a sudden, and her situation seems to be severe..." She notified him as he recorded in his notebook the demise of Wang Kang. She was no more.
The other nurse had contacted Mo Huang but the number wasn’t going through. They tried calling the Old Mo Mansion, but the telephone seemed to be engaged.
"The number isn’t going through, I have tried all of them..." She reported back as she gazed at the dead body. It was quite pitiful to pass on like this! What could have happened?
"Let her be sent over to the morgue, contact any other family member to come over before we can conduct a postmortem on the body, we don’t know the cause of her death, any of their family member has to be present and keep the entire matter a secret..." The doctor had seen all kinds of controversies that were going on online and they had to be careful on how they would handle this delicate situation.
