"This is about my wedding document with your mom. I’ve asked someone to prepare all the documents. So, once your mother wakes up, she only needs to sign it. Then regarding your name, your grandfather and I wanted you to use Spencer as your last name...." Nicholas paused, waiting for an acknowledgment from her.

"Would you like to add something to your name? Or you will just use Rose Spencer?" He continued after seeing her node.

"Dad, no need to add anything. Just replace it with Spencer...." Honestly, she was confused when asked about this. Because the one who named her is her mother. Her father should have asked her mother first, not her, right? As a child, she would just follow them.

"Very well then. Dad will arrange everything. And about your company... is there anything I can help you with?"

Nicholas heard that his daughter owned an investment company called the Wilson Group. He was impressed when he found out that the company was a large-scale company. It’s not like a start-up company with a small market cap.

Looking at how capable she is of building her company at this young age makes him proud. He was amazed by her achievement.

Rose was taken back hearing her father’s question. "Well, Dad... My company is running pretty well. We expanded rapidly in a few months."

"I hear that too... you’re so amazing, Rose."

"Hahaha, Dad, don’t praise me like that. I can be flattered by it. Mmm... well... to be honest with you, I didn’t make this company by myself. But, mom helped me by investing here. She invested all her money in my company...."

Her mother’s tremendous amount of money helped her company to grow faster than she had planned before. She used that money to double her money in the stock market.

"That’s great. I’m so happy to hear your company is doing well. But, if someday you need another investor, you must find me. Though I’m a military officer, I am also quite rich. I’m a godly doctor. My patient paid me pretty well..." Nicholas chuckled slightly.

"Wow, dad! I will surely find you if I need more capital. I will make you a shareholder like mom..." Rose said casually. But technically, she didn’t need another investor. At this moment, her company capital is relatively safe. Moreover, she has a considerable allowance from her crazy rich husband.

Money is not a problem for her anymore.

Nicholas nodded in satisfaction. He was happy that his daughter felt more comfortable around him than when they first met. This change is more obvious after last night she met with the rest of his family.

"Dad, please ask someone to move my things to another room. You can occupy my room...." She wanted her father to be in the same VIP ward as her mother. While she and Evan will use another room.

"Huh? Why?" Nicholas was confused.

"Evan will stay here tonight, and it feels weird if–you know–we stay in that room, right?" Rose was too embarrassed to tell her father. She can’t help but lower her head to hide her warm face. This conversation felt a little bit awkward.

In her mind, she can picture her beast husband will surely devour her tonight. They separate one night, and she believes he will not give her mercy. It will be troublesome to control the noise from their room. And what bothers her right now is, what if her father could hear them!?

"Mmm... Sure!" Nicholas, feeling awkward, saw her daughter. He knows exactly what she means. Suddenly he felt jealous of his daughter and Evan.

He does hope Molly will wake up soon. He misses her so freaking badly.

"Alright, dad... I will go now." Rose stood from her seat and grabbed her bag. But before she left, he looked at her father again, "Dad, you need to shower and shave. You look really messy right now. What if mom wakes up and is shocked to see you?" Rose smiled as she walked briskly to the door, leaving her frantic father behind.

"Rose, wait!"

She stops and looks back at her father.

"Let me ask someone to drive you... don’t drive yourself."

"No need, dad. Evan assigned Sam Russell as my bodyguard and personal assistant...."

Nicholas felt relieved. He waves his hand as he sends her to the door.

When Rose came out of the VVIP wardroom, she saw Sam in the corridor. He looked lost in thought as if he was contemplating something vital that made the wrinkles on his forehead so noticeable.

Rose felt weird. Because at this moment, Sam is not alert to his surroundings. Not like Sam, she had known all along; He is always alert wherever he is.

Is something bothering him?

"Sam Russell!!"

"Yes, Lady Boss!" Sam stood straight, surprised at his Lady Boss, who was already standing before him.

"Why are you in a daze, Sam? Something is bothering your mind?" A soft chuckle escaped from her mouth when she saw an awkward expression frame his face.

"Lady boss! Are you really Master Nicholas Spencer’s daughter?" He was deathly curious.

This morning, he received information from Gavin about Lady Boss’ true identity. Not believing what he heard, he immediately waited for the Lady Boss in front of her room 2 hours ahead of schedule. He was impatient; he wanted to hear this news directly from her.

But, a few minutes after he waited, he saw Master Nicholas Spencer coming out from another room and entering the VIP wardroom where Rose and her mother were staying.

He was shocked.

So, what he hears from Gavin is true; His lady boss is related by blood to this formidable figure in this country. The aloof Godly Doctor suddenly disappears from the medical field. Out of nowhere, he appears to have surgery on his lady boss’s mother.

Sam thought it was because Boss Evan asked him to perform surgery, but it turned out that there was another reason. Master Nicholas Spencer had surgery, his wife!
