Evan returned to Rose’s apartment.

"Are you sure you don’t want to eat anymore?" Evan sat beside his girl, watching television in the living room.

"Yeah! I am still full. Evan, I have something to tell you..."

"What is it?"

"I plan to go to Vale City because there is a company I want to buy there. And I plan to leave in two days..." Rose said.

He already knew Rose had the intention to buy a company in Vale city. But he didn’t think she’d be there so soon. "How long are you going to stay there?"

"The plan is for a week. If my business can be finished quickly, I will return sooner." Rose paused to observe his reaction. Evan’s calm reaction made Rose continue her words, "But, I can’t say for sure... it can be done sooner or longer."

Evan was stunned. He never expected this girl to stay there for a week. Evan secretly planned to always accompany her in Vale city as being separated from her for so long is unimaginable. He may not be able to do his work correctly because his mind would be on her.

"So you will leave the day after tomorrow, right?" Evan asks to make sure. He will adjust his schedule. If necessary, accompany her to stay a week in Vale city. He can’t let her go there alone.

"Yes, on schedule." Rose can see from Evan’s eyes that he looks worried. "Evan, I plan to go there with Oliver and Sam. You don’t have to worry about me...." Rose tried to make him feel better.

Evan listened in silence.

"And, I promise you I’ll try to get the job done quickly and come back here soon..." Rose continued her words when she saw Evan not saying anything. "Evan, please say something..." Rose sat facing him and poked his shoulder gently after Evan only looked at her without saying anything. She can feel this man a little bit angry because she left so suddenly and for a long time.

"Rose! If I forbid you to go, will you cancel your trip?" Evan asks. He is just trying his luck. Maybe she will cancel it. But sure enough, his girl looked shocked at him. He chuckled as he grabbed her hand and squeezed it gently.

"Surely not, right? Well... I really want to forbid you not to go there. Let Sam or your CEO handle it. But, if you insist, then I can’t say anything...." Evan continued his words. He can’t hold this girl’s wing. She needs to do what she wants. He will try to support her even though it feels hard to be separated from her for a week.

Rose smiled awkwardly. She didn’t want to go either, but she had to go there to make sure the Rapid Realty buying process went smoothly. And most importantly, Rose wants to make sure that the area where the land contains gold deposits is included in the company’s asset checklist. She wants to see the land and the asset list directly with her own eyes. It would be a massive loss if the land she wanted was not on the list.

"Thank you, Evan, for your understanding. I will try to settle all my work there in short. So I can get back to you sooner...." Rose smiles sweetly at him.

She knows Evan can’t bear to have a distant-away romantic relationship.

Before they moved to the capital, their record for LDR* was 3 nights when Evan should come back to the Capital City. After that, Evan would definitely return to East City to meet her. The distance between Vale city and the capital is quite far. It takes 3 hours of flying to get there. It would be troublesome if he had to fly back and forth between the two cities.

"Rose, No need to do that. Just do your job as usual. I will try to adjust my schedule. So, I can catch up with you after finishing my schedule here..." Evan said. Actually, he wanted to go with her, but he already had a planned meeting in this city. He could only catch up with her a few days later.

"Really, Evan!? You can come to Vale too?" Rose’s eyes delighted hearing that.

"Hmm... I will. But maybe a few days after you." Evan said lovingly. Rose felt happy. She laid her head on Evan’s shoulder and then watched the morning news on TV.

The day passed too quickly.

Evan and Rose spend their day cuddling in her house and talking about many things.

After their lunch, Rose asked Evan to go shopping at Mogul Mega Mall. Rose really needs to buy a few clothes and shoes.

"Rose, you don’t need to visit the store to shop. I will call them to bring their stuff here, and you can choose whatever you like." Evan casually said as he took his phone.

Rose’s mouth slightly opened, and she was rendered speechless hearing his words. The privilege of being rich is they can do anything, including moving the entire luxury boutique to their house.

"It’s the same, Rose! Well, this is the store application. You can choose whatever you like. Then someone will bring it here. You can try it directly. If you like, you can take it. Otherwise, you can reject it. Simple, right?"

"My rich boyfriend, can you pity my wallet, please?" Rose wanted to say, but she restrained herself. Because Evan will find a way to make her follow what he wants. She will just follow his advice.

Thinking about the tremendous amount of money she has to spend for this shopping like the Queen makes her head slightly spin.
