The discovery of something amiss was made by a nurse responsible for the ward inspections. Early this morning, she pushed her cart in to find that although Qin Dingshan had passed the critical phase, he was still in a coma. When she pushed open the door to Qin Fang’s room, the chaotic bed was empty. Thinking that Qin Fang might have woken up to use the bathroom, she was shocked to find Qin Jia’s room empty as well!

The nurse sensed that something was off. She meticulously checked all the rooms in the suite but found no trace of the siblings!

After a phone call was made, it took less than half an hour for Qin Han to arrive at the hospital hurriedly with the Qin family. After a night of turmoil and getting just an hour’s sleep, Qin Han was rudely awakened again.

Qin Han felt his temples throbbing and wished he could smash his phone to pieces.

"What’s going on! How can two grown people just vanish? Have you checked the surveillance footage? What are your security personnel doing!" Qin Han, carrying a bellyful of anger from just waking up, stormed into the hospital and lashed out at everyone present, including the nurses and the hospital director.

The director wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, nodding continuously with an apologetic expression. Since the hospital was directly affiliated with the Qin Family, if he didn’t serve Young Master Qin properly, his position as director might not be secure.

"Qin, Young Master Qin, please calm down. I’ve already sent someone to review all of last night’s surveillance footage, and we should have the results shortly. Please, calm down," the director said as he poured a cup of hot tea and cautiously handed it to Qin Han, afraid that his own anger might spill over onto him.

Qin Han downed the cup of water, suppressing the distress and agitation in his heart. His previously dark expression gradually became normal, and he put on a gentlemanly, composed face.

"Director, my apologies for my earlier conduct. I was in a bad mood and spoke out of turn. Please forgive me."

The director was flattered by Qin Han’s apologetic words and shook his head repeatedly, indicating it was no concern. In his heart, he felt more favorably toward Qin Han, who seemed more capable of responsibility than the frivolous Qin Fang and the petulant Qin Jia.

After a short while, the people the director had sent to check the surveillance footage hurried back, but their expressions were not good.

"What happened? Did you find anything?" The director rushed forward, grabbing one of them, and asked frantically.

The staff shook their heads, their faces looking quite grim.

"Director, the surveillance footage has all turned to static, we can’t see anything."

"Turned to static? Is there a system malfunction? Get the technical staff to recover the data!" The director felt as if a dark cloud loomed overhead and gave his orders frantically.

The staff member shook his head with an ugly expression: "It’s no use. The head of the hospital’s technical team has already tried, but the data can’t be restored. In other words, last night’s footage has been completely destroyed, with no way to recover it."

Qin Han, who had been sitting on the sofa listening to the conversation between the director and the staff, felt his scattered thoughts gradually clarify. He waved his hand to dismiss the trembling director and staff, closed the door, and instructed the Qin family: "Go, send people to investigate. We must find out the whereabouts of the Second Young Master and Young Miss."
