He then continued to question Sara, "Sara, are you sure that brother Luo’er’s hair is golden?"

"Yes!" Sara affirmed with a nod.

"I see." Having heard her confirmation, Mooer came to some conclusions.

The Earth may not have half-elves now, but that doesn’t mean it never will. Earth’s superiority over their world was not due to their military might, but rather their superior systems and advanced technology.

Before the Prophetic War, Mooer never believed that gunpowder-fired shells could create such astonishing explosions, and have such extensive range. But the nations of Earth had achieved this, their cannons could launch from tens of kilometers away and produce violent explosions upon impact on the battlefield, overwhelming even heavily armored knights with rune-embossed armour.

Before encountering the Earth’s army, Mooer never believed that weapons fired with gunpowder could have such high firing rates, yet Earth’s armies had also made that a reality. With their support troops annihilated, Earth’s army had held their own for four days, even when faced with the Otherworld Allied Army that greatly outnumbered them. If not for timely reinforcements, the casualties of the Otherworld Allied Army would have possibly reached an unimaginable number.

"Order an immediate lockdown of the city and search for any suspicious individuals!" Mooer ordered loudly.

"Understood!" The Chief nodded and ran out at once.

Mooer needed to capture these people, not only to find evidence that Earth’s headquarters was spying on them, but also to catch them before the other high-ranking officials in Helros did.

If these people fell into his hands, there could still be a chance to salvage the situation with headquarters. If these people were captured by the high-ranking officials led by the Crown Prince, they were likely to use this as a reason to break ties with headquarters.

Mooer knew that Ronisca at present needed the support of Earth’s nations more than anything and could not afford to act independently. If the higher-ups forced the King to sever their thirty-year cooperation with the headquarters, the loss would be enormous.

During pre-war studies, she had flipped through the High-peak people’s flying manual, so she had basically memorized the text on the control buttons.

"Nice, Yue’er!" Hearing Baiyue’s words, Hu Daoke immediately became energized.

"We’ll go out first, find a corner to wait until dark, then find a way to sneak into the air force base!" Luo’er suggested.

"We have no other choice." Cheng Ziang nodded.

Just as they prepared to depart, they heard a commotion downstairs. Luo’er glanced out the window and saw a group of city defense mobility corps soldiers had arrived at their inn and were standing guard at the entrance.
