Chapter 1593: Chapter 1586: Intangible Flower-like
"Ah Yang!" Cheng Ziang, regardless of Huayu Ting and Fei Yu standing at his side, excitedly grabbed Ah Yang’s little hand.
"What is it, brother?" Huayu Yang tilted his head to look at the excited Cheng Ziang, not feeling scared, but rather puzzled.
"Do you still remember the sister who came with us?" Cheng Ziang took a deep breath and asked with wide eyes.
"Sister?" Huayu Yang tilted his head, blinking his big eyes and his ears twitching continuously. "Brother, what sister? Hasn’t it always been just the two of us?"
"Just as I thought..." Hearing his words, Cheng Ziang felt a sudden explosion in his mind, as if something had burst inside his head.
Watching his disoriented appearance, Huayu Ting’s expressionless lips curled up into a cold smirk.
"Do you still remember?" Noticing Huayu Ting’s cold smirk, Cheng Ziang stared at him and asked.
Huayu Ting didn’t speak but reached out to grab Huayu Yang’s little hand and pulled him into the yard.
"Damn, I’ve been tricked by her again." Cheng Ziang covered his face, angrily cursing.
"Don’t say that, you look fine, it seems she didn’t plan to mess with you." Hu Daoke stepped forward, patting his shoulder to comfort him.
"I must find out her true identity." Cheng Ziang said through gritted teeth.
The group followed Huayu Ting and his family into the yard, and after the carriage entered, Huayu Ting ordered the big gate to be shut.
After listening to the explanations from Fei Yu and Huayu Yang, the hostility of Huayu Ting’s family towards the Advance Team was largely dispelled. Of course, even if he didn’t dispel it, there wasn’t much he could do about them.
The recent powerful blow from Cheng Ziang directly caused massive damage to his body’s meridians. In this state, he was unable to utilize the magic power within his body, which meant this was his weakest period. Without recovering, he had no way to mobilize the robust magic power in his body.
However, being a Cultivator, Huayu Ting was experienced in dealing with such injuries. Just more than ten minutes of meditative circulation, and he had largely repaired his body’s meridians. Although not fully healed, he was at least able to mobilize magic power.
Watching Huayu Ting’s lips slowly regain color, Cheng Ziang couldn’t help but be surprised at how quickly this man recovered. He knew that when Feng was hit by Liseya, it took a long time to heal, despite both being in the Jiedan Realm. He hadn’t expected such a big difference.
"I didn’t expect the rumors to be true, that you really do have a master of the Nascent Soul Realm..." Having slightly recovered, Huayu Ting opened his eyes and stared at Cheng Ziang.
"Why do I feel like everyone in Kyushu knows us?" Cheng Ziang asked perplexedly.
"Let me formally introduce myself, my name is Huayu Ting, the newly appointed Patriarch of the Huayu Family from Hua State," said Huayu Ting.
"I know, your father passed away two months ago and you succeeded him, becoming the Patriarch of the Huayu Family," Cheng Ziang said without hesitation.
"Who told you that?" Huayu Ting asked, narrowing his eyes.
"Who..." Hearing his question, Cheng Ziang looked down and fell into contemplation, "Right, who told me that..."
Shaking his head to dispel the shadows in his mind, Cheng Ziang looked at Huayu Ting and asked seriously: "Huayu Ting, I saved your son, my companion saved your wife. You owe us, right?"
"What are you trying to say?" Huayu Ting asked with a grim face.
"I don’t want to demand anything from you, nor do I want to use this as a threat, I just hope you can do me a favor," Cheng Ziang said seriously.
"What favor?" Huayu Ting asked.
"Tell me about that woman’s identity?" Cheng Ziang asked seriously.
"Which woman?" Huayu Ting asked with a cold laugh.
"You know who I’m talking about, I know you definitely know her identity, right?" Cheng Ziang asked.
Seeing Cheng Ziang’s serious demeanor, Huayu Ting lowered his head and thought for a moment, then smiled lightly before looking back at him and saying, "Yes, I know."
"Who is she?" Cheng Ziang pressed on.
"If I tell you about her, will our grievances be wiped clean?" Huayu Ting asked.
"Yes, wiped clean, we will owe nothing to each other." Cheng Ziang nodded firmly.
"Very well," Seeing his insistence, Huayu Ting sighed softly, then looked up thinking and said with a smile, "Remember a name, Hun Jiansi!"
"Hun Jiansi?" Cheng Ziang was momentarily stunned.
"Repeat it, Hun Jiansi!" Huayu Ting continued.
"Hun Jiansi!" Cheng Ziang nodded.
"One more time." Huayu Ting nodded in satisfaction.
"Hun Jiansi!" Cheng Ziang repeated again.
"Alright, remember this name, she is the person you are looking for," Huayu Ting said, looking at Cheng Ziang seriously, "A master of the Heterogeneous Hall of the Emperor’s Sect, inheritor of the Fog Concealment Skill, one of the eight eccentrics of the Heterogeneous Hall, the Intangible Hun Jiansi."
"So her name is Hun Jiansi..." Cheng Ziang nodded, murmuring to himself.
"You can tell from the name, she is a woman who defies conventions." Huayu Ting said with a smile.
"How can you tell?" Cheng Ziang started to ask but immediately realized.
If he remembered correctly, names in Kyushu were usually single or double-syllable; such a three-syllable name was indeed rare, and calling her unconventional was not an exaggeration.
"I have heard of the name Heterogeneous Hall, but what is the Emperor’s Sect?" Cheng Ziang asked, frowning.
"Oh, someone dared to disclose information about the Emperor’s Sect to you?" Huayu Ting asked, showing interest.
"I found an All-knowing in the market, but he was silenced immediately after. Before dying, I learned from him about the organization of the Heterogeneous Hall. The All-knowing told me that woman was a member of the Heterogeneous Hall," Cheng Ziang honestly said.
"As expected." Huayu Ting shook his head, chuckling.
"Why is it so, why was the All-knowing so fearful of the Heterogeneous Hall, why was he silenced? I heard that even the government officials dare not offend the Heterogeneous Hall, what is really going on?" Cheng Ziang continued to ask one question after another.
"You’ve asked several questions already, didn’t you say you only needed to know that woman’s identity?" Huayu Ting asked.
"I need to know everything about that woman; I saved your son’s life, you don’t think your son’s life is only worth a woman’s name, do you?" Cheng Ziang spoke somewhat impulsively.
As expected, upon hearing this, Huayu Ting’s expression sank once more. Cheng Ziang waited anxiously for a while before he slowly regained his composure, then coldly said, "Just as the All-knowing said, regarding the identity of Hun Jiansi, it is better for you to know less."
