Cassandra nodded, her expression serious, before rushing over to the sleeping woman. With urgency, she began shaking them awake, preparing them for what was to come. Leo rushed outside and noticed flames encircled the camp.

He started rushing back to his camp, where Roxy was outside with Agatha, Anthony, and some soldiers. When the group saw him, the blonde darted toward him as she spoke, ’’You’re fine! I’ve been worried about you.’’

Just as she said, Faelina, Sylviane, Cassandra, and Thalira appeared. The older woman gave out her order, ’’Protect the princess and Hero Healer!’’

The four women circled Roxy and Agatha after pushing Anthony away. The blonde young man was going to respond, but the princess waved him away. Leo looked at the two and explained, ’’These are my knights. They will protect you.’’

’’We will die before anyone hurts you, ladies!’’ Faelina exclaimed while taking out her sword.

Sylviane, Cassandra, and Thalira were readied to fight as Leo took off to appear above the camp, only to see a horde of monsters heading in their direction. When seeing this, he spent 800,000 Charm Points on upgrading his status.

Seeing the notification pop up made Leo smile as he thought, ’Now let’s wipe out these monsters to grow stronger.’

With that, he started casting thousands of Fireballs that streaked through the sky before slamming into the monsters. Explosions erupted as the flames turned the creatures to ash due to the overwhelming heat.

Leo chuckled when seeing this. He started casting Thunderbolts into the swarms of bigger monsters that seemed to be Mountain Trolls. The searing hot projectiles pierced through the creature’s torsos.

Following this, the attackers slammed into his blue barriers and started hitting them. When Leo spotted this, he descended to the ground just as a small portion of it broke, allowing the monsters to pour in.

The soldiers rushed to block them, but they were overwhelmed. Leo rushed forward before casting Doomwave and killed hundreds of creatures just as he slammed into their ranks while casting California Smash.

A loud clap rang out but the Duskwood Soldiers were helped, this allowed them to pull back as Leo started killing more monsters as he closed the Mana Barrier. Once that was completed, he rushed through it before casting more Thunderbolts.

His magic decimated most of the horde, but Leo had to finish off the rest as Roxy healed the injured soldiers to boost her power. An hour later, the fighting died down and the monsters stopped appearing.

Leo was standing just in front of a crater he created using the body of a Mountain Troll. He quickly noticed most of the monsters were made up of Forest Wolves, Wild Orcs, Goblins, and other creatures.

The soldiers said he should collect the corpses so he could sell them back at the capital. Leo sucked them all into his storage before the now reduced group continued, he noticed there were only fifteen soldiers left alive.

Thalira, Cassandra, Faelina, and Sylviane continued to guard the two young women which confused everyone else. The older woman informed the group that Leo wanted the four of them to be his knights.

When Roxy heard this, her green eyes gleamed with excitement as she blew him a kiss Agatha looked confused but accepted it with a smile. Following that, the group reached a stone bridge that crossed a rushing river.

’’This is the Stoneway Bridge,’’ Agatha said as she appeared beside him. "Many battles with the Demons have been fought here."

Leo nodded in understanding as he replied while leaning into her ear, ’’I’m going to fuck your ass when we camp next, princess. All your holes belong to me.’’

Agatha trembled as Roxy commented in a seductive voice, ’’Once you see to her babe, will you let me clean you up?’’

The group pressed on, crossing the bridge, when suddenly Leo’s Danger Senses flared to life. Without hesitation, he shouted, ’’Get to the other side now!’’

In an instant, he shot forward, grabbing Roxy and Agatha before he flew them to the other side, dumping them safely on the ground. Without stopping, he quickly turned, seizing Faelina and Sylviane.

Leo flew to the other side as the soldiers started sprinting. Once the cat and elf woman were fine he went back for Thalira as the orange woman made it across with ten other soldiers.
