"I forgot, and I’m not familiar with those places, nor do I know where they are. If you want to offer incense, you can do so here in B City; we have better temples here."

The man’s smile turned devilishly charming as his eyes grew more frigid.

He used a finger to lift her chin, forcing her to look into his eyes.

"Lin Xinlan, did you really forget the address, or did you pray for it in another city?"

Lin Xinlan’s pupils shrunk slightly, she frowned and said, "I don’t know what you’re talking about."

"You don’t know? Take a look at what this is."

He took a piece of paper from his pocket, unfolded it, and there was a photocopy of the contract termination Lin Xinlan had with the travel agency.
