Nine Nether Heavenly Emperor -
Chapter 225 Genius Disciple Lingg Hao
Chapter 225: Chapter 225 Genius Disciple Lingg Hao
"Nine Nether, immortal, enduring through the ages..."
Shi Feng silently recited the Oral Formula to heal his injuries, and he sensed that the Heavenly Cold Healing Sacred Water the two women had applied to his body was indeed extraordinary. Under his Nine Nether Technique, and combined with the Heavenly Cold Healing Sacred Water, his injuries gradually improved, and his life was, at least for the moment, no longer in danger.
However, Shi Feng dared not slack off. The monster he had encountered in the Blood-colored Forest had been overpowering; who knew how many more creatures of that strength existed in this world, or if there were others even more formidable.
At present, he needed to recover from his injuries as quickly as possible—who knew if a similar creature was lurking beneath the ground right where he was.
Moreover, aside from them, many others had entered this world. He had already encountered several Martial Sect practitioners continuously. If the Young Master Wushang he had just met was a Martial King Practitioner, not only would the two women be in danger, but even he, injured as he was, likely wouldn’t escape harm.
As every second passed, Shi Feng’s injuries slowly recovered under the power of the Nine Nether Technique. Considering how severe his injuries had been, if he could recover completely, his physical strength would surely rise to a higher level.
After Hong Yue and Little Moli had treated Shi Feng’s wounds, the two women didn’t rest; instead, they sat cross-legged next to Shi Feng, guarding against any emergencies while they began their Cultivation.
"Boom!" Suddenly, a purple silhouette descended from the sky, landing in front of the two women who were cultivating, "Boom, boom, boom!" Immediately following, three more figures in purple robes landed.
Shi Feng sensed through soul sensing that the first figure to land was among the three who had been with Lingg Sa before, and this person, whose Martial Arts Realm was one star stronger than Lingg Sa’s, was actually a Three-star Martial Ancestor Realm practitioner.
His name was Lingg Hao, not only was he a genius disciple of the Floating Void Sect alongside Lingg Sa, but he was also Lingg Sa’s older brother.
Earlier, when those three Floating Void Sect disciples sensed a dangerous aura in the jungle, they had fled in panic, breaking space to escape. Coincidentally, they encountered Lingg Hao, who was also flying through space. Seeing Lingg Hao, they realized Lingg Sa hadn’t escaped with them.
After they explained what had occurred to Lingg Hao, he, worried about his brother Lingg Sa’s safety, had them lead him to that forest to investigate.
Once they reached the forest, they didn’t see the danger, but what they saw was the forest in complete disarray, trees of the Blood Tree species lying strewn around, and a vast, deep hole that had formed in front of them.
But that wasn’t the main concern; soon after, amidst a pile of rubble of the Blood Trees, they shockingly found a dried-up corpse wearing the same purple robe Lingg Sa owned.
Seeing this corpse, the three Martial King Realm young Martial Artists immediately recalled Ding Yu, who had been killed by Shi Feng. Ding Yu’s corpse, much like Lingg Sa now, had its blood drained, turning it pale and shriveled.
They knew that after they left, Lingg Sa had been killed by that young man wielding the Blood Sword.
Seeing his younger brother’s corpse, Lingg Hao went mad, searching the forest, swearing to find the murderer who killed his brother.
When Lingg Hao stood defiantly in front of Hong Yue and Little Moli, two Wind Swords appeared in his hands, pointing directly at the women’s pale necks as he coldly demanded, "Did you two see a teenager, around fifteen or sixteen years old, wielding a Blood Sword?"
Lingg Hao’s face was ice-cold, covered with frost as if, should these two women dare to displease him, he might kill them immediately. Having lost his younger brother, he was barely containing his inner fury and was on the verge of losing his sanity, with no ounce of tenderness for women left in him.
"We haven’t seen him," Hong Yue replied calmly. When he mentioned someone with a Blood Sword, she immediately guessed who they were looking for, but since that person had saved their lives, she naturally wouldn’t betray him.
It was then that Little Moli cleverly spoke to Hong Yue, "Senior sister, you just asked me to climb to the top of the tree to see if we could escape this forest. I happened to see someone holding what seemed to be a blood-colored long sword, flying towards the northwest."
"Northwest?" Hearing Little Moli’s words, Lingg Hao frowned, glanced at the two women, and then at the human-shaped object wrapped in white cloth beside them. He clenched his fists, dissipating the Wind Swords at the women’s necks, and then said to the three behind him, "Let’s go!"
After speaking, Lingg Hao slanted upwards into the sky, heading northwest and breaking through the air. At this moment, the other three Floating Void Sect disciples in the Martial King Realm also followed him.
Once the four men had left, Little Moli finally secretly breathed a sigh of relief, turning her head to Hong Yue and saying, "Senior sister, that was close! These men almost killed us."
"Mm," Hong Yue nodded and said, "Good thing you’re clever, little girl." Then, looking at Shi Feng lying beside them, she added, "Let’s go. This place isn’t safe to stay in for long. They might realize something is wrong at any moment and come back."
With Little Moli’s help, Hong Yue carefully hoisted the mummified Shi Feng onto her back, and then the two women and the mummy hurried southeast.
Not long after, as Lingg Hao sped towards the northwest, he gradually felt that something was amiss. Immediately, he said to the three Martial King Practitioners, "We’re going back to see if that woman is still there."
After speaking, Lingg Hao was the first to turn around and rapidly break back through the space. "Boom, boom, boom, boom!" The four figures quickly landed back at the original spot where Hong Yue and Little Moli had been. By this time, the two women, and the person wrapped in white cloth, were long gone.
"Damn! Those two bitches fooled us! If they didn’t have a guilty conscience, and with such an injured person with them, they definitely would have stayed here and not left so hastily. Curses!" Lingg Hao exclaimed, striking his right hand, immediately breaking a nearby large blood-colored tree, "Boom!" which fell with a crash against another large tree.
"You four, split up and search. Whoever finds those two bitches first, immediately crush the transmitting Jade Scroll," Lingg Hao commanded the others.
"Yes!" The three responded quickly. Lingg Hao, being a genius disciple of the sect with a much higher status than them, they dared not disobey his words, especially now that he had lost his younger brother and was on the verge of exploding emotionally.
Immediately, the four split into four directions, their figures shooting out towards the four directions of the Blood-colored Jungle.
