Chapter 371: F-Four?!
Chapter 371: F-Four?!
Vaelric’s pride—so fierce and unshakable—had already taken a hit when Seraphina showed up.
Sure, he was arrogant, full of himself even, but he wasn’t blind. Compared to someone like Seraphina, a Crimson Ultimate hero?
Even as a 14-Tier Mythic Ace Unit, he didn’t stand a chance.
They weren’t even in the same league.
Still, back then, he’d clung to a sliver of hope.
Sure, Seraphina was a Crimson Ultimate, but she was just one person. There was no way Emerald Castle’s entire core was built around her alone, right?
So if he worked harder, proved himself more, maybe—just maybe—he could earn a place among the inner circle.
Become one of Ethan’s trusted elites...
But now...
Now he was starting to realize just how badly he’d underestimated Emerald Castle.
Two Crimson Ultimate heroes. And not just that—two who had successfully undergone a second awakening.
What the hell kind of monster organization was this?
At this point, if a third or even a fourth Crimson Ultimate hero suddenly popped up, he probably wouldn’t even be surprised anymore. Just numb.
Still, despite the shock, he couldn’t help but want to know for sure.
He needed to get a sense of the scale.
"My Lord," Vaelric asked cautiously, "how many Crimson Ultimate heroes do we actually have in Emerald Castle?"
"Crimson Ultimates?" Ethan replied casually. "Right now? Four."
Seraphina. Cicero. Kyros. Oakenmaw.
Yeah, four for now. But if Ethan really wanted a fifth? That wasn’t out of the question either.
After all, he still had a shard of Order Dragon Asha’s power—B-rank—and another piece: Zylarion’s Arcstone.
If he dumped both into either Green Dragon Orryn or Gem Dragon Seran, one of them would almost certainly ascend to Crimson Ultimate status.
He just hadn’t done it yet.
That B-rank shard of Asha’s power? He was saving it—planning to gather a few more and give them to Seraphina to help her push past her racial limits.
As for the Arcstone... Seran hadn’t earned it yet. Not enough merit, not enough accomplishments.
Orryn, on the other hand, could be a candidate—once he finished absorbing the C-rank shard of Asha’s power he was currently working through.
"F-Four?!" Vaelric stammered, eyes going wide.
He froze for a second, then his jaw practically hit the floor.
"Yeah, four," Ethan said with a grin. "Why? Something wrong?"
"N-No, nothing wrong... just... wow. I wasn’t expecting that. I mean, four Crimson Ultimate heroes? In Emerald Castle? That’s... that’s insane..."
Vaelric gave a nervous laugh, but his eyes were lit up with awe, shock, and a spark of wild excitement.
Holy hell... there really weren’t just two—there were four Crimson Ultimate heroes?! Emerald Castle was this powerful?!
Vaelric’s heart pounded in his chest.
Looks like bringing his people under Emerald Castle’s banner had been one of the smartest, most decisive moves he’d ever made.
"My master is, of course, unmatched in power," Cicero cut in smoothly, speaking on Ethan’s behalf.
His eyes locked onto Vaelric, burning with intensity—like a predator sizing up its prey.
"From now on, your Storm Dragon clan answers to me. Let me introduce myself properly—Cicero Drahmoulis."
"An honor beyond words, Lord Cicero," Vaelric replied without hesitation, bowing his head with deep respect. "I am Vaelric Stormborne. May your might and the divine power of the Dragon Gods forever be with us."
"And may the glory of our great Lord shine upon us all," he added, lowering his head even further in a gesture of complete submission.
If it had been just some average Crimson Ultimate hero, maybe he would’ve hesitated.
But Seraphina and Cicero? These weren’t just powerful—they were monsters, standing at the very edge of their racial limits.
And dragons... dragons revered strength. They bowed only to those who proved themselves stronger.
So Vaelric didn’t resist.
In fact, he was thrilled to submit.
"ROAR!"
"ROAR!"
"ROAR!"
All around Emerald Castle—in the skies, on the walls, across the plains, deep in the forests and mountains—nearly a hundred Storm Dragons lifted their heads and let out a thunderous, unified roar.
It was as if they’d all felt the same call.
The sound shook the heavens, echoing across the land like a storm breaking loose.
Then, one by one, they turned their gaze toward Cicero and Ethan’s position.
And lowered their proud, noble heads.
The Storm Dragons—creatures of wind and fury—bowed in submission.
The sight was nothing short of majestic.
Ethan, watching the scene unfold, casually pulled up their status panels to get a better look at what he’d just acquired.

Looking over the Storm Dragon clan’s base stats, Ethan couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow.
Not bad. Pretty solid across the board.
They were clearly built for hybrid combat—both physical and magical—just like the Gold Dragons.
But while Gold Dragons leaned more toward melee, Storm Dragons seemed to favor magic a bit more.
Gold Dragons, after all, were absolute beasts in close combat. If you didn’t factor in teleportation or resurrection abilities, they could even overpower Inferno Arch Devils and Archangels—second only to Ancient Behemoths and Black Dragons in raw brawling power.
But...
Once you did factor in teleportation and resurrection?
Yeah, forget it. Archangels and Inferno Arch Devils were in a league of their own. Even Ancient Behemoths and Black Dragons couldn’t do much against them.
I mean, come on—one can blink around the battlefield like a damn ghost, and the other just straight-up refuses to die. How do you even fight that?
You don’t. You just pray they’re on your side.
As for the Storm Dragons?
They were definitely in the hybrid category too, but leaned more toward the magical side of things.
