Chapter 193: Chapter 193 Seduce her

Kyra then put Meeko back in bed, helping him settle down. However, Meeko had already slept once, so he wasn’t feeling very sleepy.

"Damon, you can go ahead and take your bath now," Kyra said.

"I don’t know how to use all these advanced features of your bathroom. They aren’t going to help me," Damon replied, his eyes dark and intense as they locked onto hers.

"Alright, I’ll show you," Kyra said with a small smile. She led him to the bathroom, showing him how to adjust the temperature and water flow. Damon nodded, absorbing her instructions, though his eyes never left her face.

Once Damon seemed know, Kyra stepped back. "You can take it from here," she said.

Damon nodded, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. "Thanks, little thing."

She left the bathroom, closing the door behind her. When she returned to Meeko, she found him still wide awake, his big eyes staring up at her.

"Are you not sleepy, Meeko?" Kyra asked, sitting beside him on the bed.

Meeko shook his head, his little face serious. "No, I already slept before."

"How about bedtime stories?" Kyra asked, climbing onto the bed, a gentle smile playing on her lips.

"Yesss!!" Meeko became excited, his legs bouncing.

"What do you want to hear?" Kyra asked again. She wasn’t sure which story to tell.

"My Daddy used to tell me the story of the eagles’ history." Kyra nodded and looked at him, thinking of stories to tell.

"Alright," Kyra said, her mind settling on a classic tale. "How about a story about a little female named Goldilocks and three bears?"

Meeko’s eyes lit up with curiosity. "I don’t know that one. Tell me!"

Kyra adjusted the pillows and began. "Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Goldilocks. She had golden hair and loved to explore. One day, she wandered into the forest and found a cute little house. Curious, she knocked on the door, but no one answered. So, she went inside."

"Wasn’t she scared without protection?" Meeko asked, wide-eyed.

"Not at all," Kyra replied. "Inside the house, Goldilocks found three bowls of porridge on the table. She was very hungry, so she tasted the porridge from the first bowl. ’This porridge is too hot!’ she exclaimed. Then, she tasted the porridge from the second bowl. ’This porridge is too cold,’ she said. Finally, she tasted the porridge from the third bowl. ’Ahhh, this porridge is just right,’ she said happily and ate it all up."

Meeko giggled. "She ate it all? What happened next?"

"After eating, Goldilocks felt tired and wanted to rest. She saw three chairs in the living room. She sat in the first chair to rest her feet, but it was too big. Then she sat in the second chair, but it was too small. Finally, she sat in the third chair, and it was just right. But just as she settled in, the chair broke into pieces!"

Meeko’s laughter filled the room. "Oh no!"

"Goldilocks was very tired by now, so she went upstairs to find a bed. The first bed was too hard, the second bed was too soft, but the third bed was just right. She lay down and fell fast asleep."

"But what about the bears?" Meeko asked, his anticipation growing.

"Just then, the three bears came home. There was Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear. They saw someone had eaten their porridge and sat in their chairs. When they went upstairs, they saw Goldilocks sleeping in Baby Bear’s bed."

"What did they do?" Meeko asked, eyes wide.

"Goldilocks woke up and saw the three bears staring at her. She was so scared that she jumped out of the bed, ran down the stairs, and out of the house. She ran all the way home and never went into the forest again."

Meeko sighed happily. "I liked that story. Thank you, sister little thing."

Kyra smiled, tucking him in. "You’re welcome, Meeko. Sweet dreams."

Meeko yawned and closed his eyes, drifting off to sleep with a content smile on his face. Kyra watched him for a moment.

Kyra didn’t see Damon coming out of the bathroom, so she walked over and knocked on the door.

"Damon! Have you finished yet?" she shouted, her voice carrying a hint of impatience.

"Little thing, the shower won’t turn off," Damon replied from inside, his tone laced with frustration.

"Open the door, I’ll see what’s wrong," Kyra shouted back.

Inside the bathroom, Damon smirked. He was leaning against the wall of the shower, completely naked. His long blue hair was plastered to his back, water streaming down his muscular chest and eight-pack abs. His sharp silver eyes flashed with a mix of emotions. He knew he had to make her his own soon. His feelings for her were too strong to ignore.

Damon had made up his mind. To make Kyra his, he had to seduce her and become her mate.

He walked towards the door, opening it slightly. "Come in, little thing," he called out, his voice deeper and more inviting.

Kyra pushed the door open, stepping inside. The steamy bathroom was filled with the scent of fresh water and Damon’s distinctive, masculine scent.

Kyra’s eyes widened as a wave of nervousness washed over her. She dared not look at him, acutely aware of his nudity.

Her cheeks flushed a deep pink as she walked towards the shower area, trying to focus on the controls.

Damon followed her closely.

His proximity and the intensity of his gaze made it incredibly difficult to concentrate. "Let me see," she said, her voice wavering slightly.

She moved closer to the shower, her fingers trembling as they brushed against the cool metal of the controls. Damon didn’t step back; instead, he remained close, his presence overwhelming. The steam in the bathroom wrapped around them like a warm, misty cocoon.

"Damon, you need to give me some space," she managed to say, her voice barely above a whisper.

He leaned in even closer, his breath hot against her ear. "I don’t want to give you space, little thing. I want you close."

Kyra suddenly understood something.
