The two female beasts ran in the grassland behind Lucas’s cottage.

The breeze blew, lifting their thick coats of fur, and their males followed them.

Lucas also shifted into a wolf and ran behind them. Seeing this, Vincent shifted into a snake and slithered beside him.

Upon seeing them, Mia’s mate also shifted into wolf form and ran after them.

After an exhilarating run, Kyra flopped onto the grass, panting heavily. She rested her head on her paws, feeling the coolness of the earth beneath her.

Mia, brimming with happiness at having found a close friend, playfully circled Kyra and snuggled close to her, her wolfish form sprawling out beside Kyra like a loaf.

Mia’s tongue lolled out of her mouth, her wolf face beaming with joy.

Feeling happy to play with Kyra today, Mia stuck out her tongue, her wolfish grin widening.

However, suddenly she was pushed by another wolf.

"Woof!" Lucas used his body to push Mia toward her mates, and she reluctantly allowed herself to be pushed away.

Kyra raised her head and laughed, while Mia gave her puppy eyes.

So Kyra stood up on all fours and ran cutely toward Mia, her tails raised with the end curled up.

Seeing that Kyra wanted to play, Lucas looked at Vincent and raised his brows.

"Let her play first." Vincent said as he slithered near a tree and wrapped around it, his face lying on a branch with one eye looking at Kyra.

Mia happily chased after Kyra as she ran around the grassland; they both looked happy.

Kyra didn’t want to shift in front of Mia and her mate because she didn’t have her clothes, so she waved goodbye with her paws before Mia was taken away by her mates after playing for two hours, with evening already setting in.

"We want to take you somewhere." Lucas said to Kyra, who raised her head and looked at him with confused eyes.

After coming home, they asked her to take a fresh bath and put on clean clothes.

"Where?" Kyra asked, wiping her hair with a towel.

During the wash, she had accidentally soaked her hair, and she felt a strange control over her body.

She felt embarrassed by how lazy she had been acting and that she hadn’t even shied away from them when she was naked.

But she couldn’t deny she was feeling bolder.

Kyra wanted to shift, but Vincent held her back. She looked up at him, raising her eyebrows. His dark red eyes looked deeply into hers. "You must be tired! We’ll take you there."

"No, Vins! I can follow you." Kyra said hurriedly, holding his arms.

"You already ripped two clothes! You don’t want to see our surprise naked, do you?" he whispered into her ear, causing her earlobes to turn red.

His sexy lips parted, and he gently bit her earlobe. Kyra gasped and put her hands on his chest.

"No romance, please! We have to go right now," Lucas shouted. Both pulled away from each other, and Vincent smirked.

Kyra sat on Lucas’s back, hugging his neck as he started running. Her eyes fell on his fluffy ears, and she couldn’t help but touch them. Lucas was shocked but held back.

’What the hell is Kyra doing? Doesn’t she know I’m sensitive there?’ Lucas thought as Kyra started rubbing his fur. Her hands found a bald patch, and she noticed tiny furs growing back.

Vincent, slithering behind them, watched sharply as Kyra rubbed Lucas’s fur. She looked like she couldn’t keep her hands off his fur coat.

Vincent’s eyes flashed with a mix of emotions.

His eyes flashed with emotion. She never touched his snake scales like this. Was he too ugly in her eyes, or did she see him as a monster? His dark red eyes became even darker, glowing faintly in the darkness.

His dark scales blended into the shadows.

Suddenly, insecurity gripped his mind, quickly turning into intense jealousy.

He held back his uncomfortable heart he doesn’t want to ruin her beautiful day because of his jeoulousy.

However, some strange thoughts started taking hold in his mind.

’What if I had fur like Lucas? Would Kyra touch me like that?’

’Why wasn’t I born furry and warm like Lucas?’

’Is that why Kyra risked her life and entered the castle to save him?’

’Would she also save me if I were in a difficult situation?’

Finally, when they reached their destination, they both shifted back into their human forms.

"Let’s go." Vincent said, suppressing his feelings with a smile.

Kyra followed them through the woods.

The sounds of crickets and night insects filled the air.

She was surprised to find she now had night vision and could see clearly in the dark.

"Lucas! I can see in the dark," Kyra said happily. Vincent’s hands clenched into fists, his eyes darkening. Her first reaction was to tell Lucas, not him.

"That’s great! You won’t be afraid of the dark anymore," Lucas said, his voice warm. "I’m so happy for you."

Vincent’s face turned expressionless. When Kyra turned to look at him, he quickly masked his emotions.

"Vincent! I can see at night!" Kyra repeated excitedly. Vincent didn’t reply, but gently rubbed her head without saying anything.

Kyra didn’t notice anything wrong because Vincent was always quiet.

But what surprised her the most was the sight of a large boat, decorated with white, red, and blue flowers that seemed to sparkle under the moonlight.

The boat was filled with comfy blankets and fluffy pillows, creating an inviting, cozy space.

Not far from the boat, a whole willow tree was adorned with twinkling lights, casting a magical glow over the area. Under the tree, a huge table was laden with delicious foods and drinks, a feast ready to be enjoyed.

"Oh my God, this is wonderful!" Kyra exclaimed, covering her mouth in astonishment.

"Wow, when did you guys set all this up?" she asked in astonishment, her eyes fixed on the beautiful view.
