Some idiot gave the novel 0.5 stars for the most stupid excuse of a reason humanly imaginable.Dont know what he was smoking but this is one of my personal favorites. The mc isn't overpowered, builds up strength simulation after simulation and bides his time. The world building is top notch imo.Especially the backstories and info we receive every Simulation. The mysteries and way cultivation works is extremely interesting.Definitely more than deserving of at least 4.7 stars, sadly there is an idiot down there that's trying to gatekeep
Specifically came here to review it. Because it deserves more. If you like novel which are logical, characters are smart and not npc. Mysteries, suspension and plot twist are top notch.
I created an account to share this review because this novel definitely deserves at least 4 stars. If you're looking for a story with amazing gradual world building, a multitude of mysteries, and a pragmatic, patient main character, then this is a great choice. This novel rewards readers who think about the causes and connections between various events and characters, which continue to have a lingering impact on the story hundreds of chapters later. The only potential drawback is the long subplots that the novel sometimes immerse themselves in bursts, which can become a bit tedious, along with the slow but steady progression of the main character, however, they still hold relevance throughout the novel.
this is one of the best Cultivation novel i have ever read.. An amazing story [ the MC is basically Fang Yuan cast in another story] and An amazing Cultivation world bielding 5/5
An amazing story, I have just caught up to latest chapter and it's one of the best cultivation novel I have ever read. The idea of using simulation similar to regression is quite interesting to me.
No idea what the other reviewer is smoking, so I made an account just to review this story. It's amazing, a post-apocalyptic progression/regression xianxia where the MC is a genuinely coldblooded little genius. Every life is treated differently, with enemies becoming allies and former allies becoming enemies as the path he takes changes and improves with experience. The anomalies, horror elements, and bizarre mysteries are a joy to see explored, and while the other guy had an aneurysm, men and women are equally disposable before the Heavenly Dao. I literally have no idea what they're talking about, since there's not a single moment of simping, the MC is basically Fang Yuan cast in another story. One of the best translated novels I've seen in a couple years, only dragged down by the edited MTL translation.
Why don't women die? Why every time the Azure Flame attacks, only the real king of Zion escapes? Why do men all die in painful ways, but the stages of a woman's death are never mentioned? Why is it said in the novel that someone killed a woman, then the story continues This is how the woman killer either turned into an animal or did it in a painful way? Why are all Chinese writers so simp? Why in the novel everyone behaves politely, while a loli rebels and beats everyone. He insults everyone, behaves brutally, for example, everyone eats very quietly, but that loli eats like an animal? What is the purpose of Chinese writers with all these contradictions?
