Little Pudding looked bewildered and equally gloomy, “Mommy usually locks herself in the room when she’s upset.”

“When exactly was this?” Ye Qilan perked up at this new information.

How was it possible that he didn’t know about Su Hongxing’s habit, while Little Pudding did?

“When I was little,” Little Pudding innocently replied.

“When you were little?” Ye Qilan chuckled, “What do you mean by ‘when you were little’?”

Did Little Pudding think he had grown up? The child always managed to induce laughter with his remarks.

“I mean, when I was very little. Granny told me,” Little Pudding found a comfortable position in Ye Qilan’s lap and settled down.

Ye Qilan found this statement odd. ‘When he was very little’, Granny had talked to Little Pudding about how Su Hongxing would retreat to her room when upset?

Was it possible that Granny knew Su Hongxing in the past? Were they well acquainted?

Was it his misunderstanding, or was Little Pudding’s statement ambiguous?
