After Secretary Lin left, the office returned to silence. Gu Ningyi prepared to continue reading the report, but his thoughts couldn’t focus, constantly interrupted by scenes from that night.

Dong Xin Yan grabbed his collar, angrily and resolutely shouted at him, "If you have the guts, keep Ziyang locked up for a lifetime. At worst, I’ll rent a place next to the prison and stay with him forever!"
