"Finally done!"

Arthur left a sigh and mumbled happily. In front of him, laid a pair of wedding suits, one in black and and the other in white.

These were given by Lucas to do the modifications and get them ready. Asher didn’t asked whose these were and accepted them even though he was quite curious. But he just didn’t become nosy at that time.

Now their clothes were ready. The bouquet was ready. The decorations were also in the process. The baked goods were also in the process.

Everything was going smooth and Asher couldn’t help but chuckle with himself.

"I am seriously impressed by this wedding. It’s nice to be this close and interact with people."

Asher placed the clothes carefully in the closet and went to grab the baby in the crib that was busy with a toy Karl had made.

Now, Asher’s wounds were also completely healed. He has no problem or pain other than this gained weight he didn’t get to lose in this short time period. How could he lose weight? Sir Lucas fed him so much. And, Feix absolutely hates it when he tries to cut short on food.

They were actually in good quality since this was not Lucas’s first attempt at sewing luxurious attires. He messed up a few times before but practice made these perfect.

They were worth it.

"Brother Lucas, Will you make me a lot of cupcakes?"

While Lucas was thinking about a lot of things and making batter for the wedding cake, Anne barged in, pitifully asking him questions as her eyes brightened with Lucas’s every moment of mixing the batter carefully.

"Of course. I’m going to make a lot so you can’t finish them all till you get full! Let’s eat till our stomachs burst open!"

Lucas said with a laugh and Anne clapped, then ran to say what he said to Karl and celebrated along with him.

Karl was in charge of decorations.

So it’s safe to say, things were looking very fancy.

Karl wanted to make it grand and even though they didn’t have many things for the best surroundings, he took good use of the things they had.

So, now their living room was completely emptied. The furniture was pushed to the room by the corner.

Only the ’grandpa’s’ stand table, a red carpet that had its end at the doorstep of Asher’s and Felix’s room stayed in the living room.

Anne was generous to give Karl more flowers to add to the decorations too. She worked hard for everything.

She was the busiest person when it came to the wedding preparations.

"Wow! It’s so beautiful."

Anne was amazed and couldn’t help but tear in joy when Asher and Lucas later showed her the dress she was supposed to wear.

That was also made by Lucas.

But actually, Lucas had never made clothes for women.

So, making a gown was new.

He was inexperienced.

But it turned out good.

Other than a few places where it seemed crumpled...

To ease his distress, Asher suggested gluing flowers to those places.

That was such a good idea because Lucas had more than enough roses he somewhat ’fermented’ for his researches that were in a side because he was too lazy to throw them away even though they were not useful to him anymore.

The rose petals felt like wax. They were hard and it was way better than Asher imagined when Lucas excitedly told him about these.

They were so cool on that dress.

Anne was always on flowers these days and now she had flowers on her dress too. She obviously liked it.

After thanking them, Anne wanted to show this to Felix and Karl. Getting praises from them made her even more excited.

Maybe these days were the only times she had been this happy.

And, Felix couldn’t ignore...

This was also the first time Anne looked excited over a colourful dress.

Anne always chose black and gray.

So...their wedding might also be the day Anne will look the most colourful .

This made Felix extremely satisfied and quite emotional.

’Only if...only if the world was a better safe place for my angel...’

Felix couldn’t help but complain in his heart.

It was unfair they had to think twice to do anything in the outside world to make sure his sweetheart was safe.

Why couldn’t the world be kinder?

But maybe...they could make their own happy world.
