"On that note I’ll go take a bath and come down for dinner.."

Auntie Gu nodded and Tang Xue Mei walked upstairs, Feng Shihan following behind her.

She was already imagining a hot relaxing bath when they got to the room.

"I’ll set the bath for you.."

Tang Xue Mei nodded and walked into the closet, this was Feng Shihan’s she was too lazy to go to her room.

She picked up a grey pajama it was loose perfect for her protunding belly.

"It’s ready.."

Feng Shihan watched Tang Xue Mei walk out of the closet with his pajamas.

"Are you wearing that?"

"It’s comfy.."

Feng Shihan nodded as long as she was comfortable he didn’t mind it made him even happier to see her in his clothes.

"Aren’t you coming?"

"..."

"You also need to take a bath too, let’s bathe together.."

Feng Shihan nodded like he was ever going to pass up the idea of taking a bath together with his wife.

"The water is nice and warm, I haven’t felt this relax in a while.."

Feng Shihan had his head on Tang Xue Mei shoulders, just being with her finally made his body surrender to fatigue and the amount of sleep he had missed.

"You can’t sleep in the tub and you can’t also rest your head on my shoulders.."

Tang Xue Mei smiled she guessed the babies almost missed Feng Shihan, she could feel their little movements already.

"You’re right..we’ll get wrinkled if we stay too long."

After getting dressed, Tang Xue Mei checked her image on the mirror. Her hands on her little baby bump. Jeong Da Ren said it would get bigger once it got to 18-22 weeks.

"How many weeks now?"

"5 weeks not much going on.."

"Your belly is already bigger than most, you eat way too much even the babies are getting fat.."

"You take that back right now or I’m not eating .."

Feng Shihan chuckled and dragged her out of the room once she sees the food she wound forget about "not wanting to eat"

"Ah it smells so nice in here.."

Tang Xue Mei smiled as she stared at the table filled with mouth watering food.

"Guys have to eat whatever mummy eats, you can’t be picky.."

Tang Xue Mei sat down and grabbed her chopsticks now the problem was where was she going to start from.

"Here.."

Feng Shihan passed a bowl of lotus root and pork bone soup, next he passed a bowl of cabbage stir fry and then a bowl of pork ribs clay pot rice, he passed a plate of steamed fish over and a glass of ginger tea.

Tang Xue Mei immediately felt queasy the moment she saw the cabbage stir fry she decided to ignore it and focus on the food that looked appealing to her.

She took a sip of the pork bone soup and sighed it was delicious. She slowly gobbled everything she found delicious and was left with the plate of steamed fish and cabbage stir fry.

She brought a piece of fish to her mouth and dropped it back seconds later, next she stood up and ran to the bathroom.

Feng Shihan immediately running after her.

She was already facing the toilet when he got there, he gently rubbed her back as she threw up the contents in her stomach.

"There goes my clay pot rice.."

Feng Shihan made a mental note to reduce the amount of fish in her meals. It would be a waste if she threw up everything at the end.

"These little fellas are picky like their mother now they won’t even eat fish.."

"Don’t make me punch you, anyone who knows me knows I can eat anything. They probably got it from you, you’re even picky with the chef.."

"Err...that’s because I have a sensitive stomach.."

"Lies!"

Tang Xue Mei walked back to the table with a pouting expression, all those good food had gone to waste.

"Here have for ginger tea to wash off the taste. Auntie Gu has already taken away the fish and cabbage you seem to detest and now she’s making mochis.."

Tang Xue Mei nodded and yawned it seem that short little run had drained her.

"Come sit.."

Feng Shihan brought her to the couch,it would take some time before the mochis got ready.

He stroked the bandage on her face softly and his heart was filled with rage.

The type of rage that he needed to satiate before it consumed him.

"I know what’s going on in that head of yours. You’re not allowed to leave this house this night whatever you’re planning you leave it for tomorrow.."

Tang Xue Mei finally remembered Ming Beicheng and the others and quickly asked for her phone.

"A new phone?"

"The old got crushed..there was no saving it.."

Tang Xue Mei sighed she liked that phone.

"But everything on the other phone was transferred here you can check if there’s anything missing.."

Tang Xue Mei quickly strolled through the long list of messages, most were from Ming Beicheng the other were from Jay and Tang Can. She got a few others from her course mates at the university which was quite surprising.

She decided to give Ming Beicheng a call which quickly got through like he has been waiting.

"Boss ah I’m so relived you suddenly disappeared and your phone wasn’t reachable. Jay told me you were taken by some men in black?"

"It’s a long story, how’s the restaurant?"

"Great as usual we get a 50% of customers each day. You could say it’s really trending right now even some A-listers had come here to dine.."

"Boss if you need any help, just tell me as a business manager I know different type of people I can get you whatever or whosoever you need.."

"Come to place tomorrow..let’s discuss for now have a good night’s rest.."

"You too boss..a pregnant woman must have planning of rest or so I hear.."
