Tang Xue Mei walked out of Leia’s hospital room, An Yu following closely behind her. They found the doctor in the hallway.

"When can she leave?" Tang Xue Mei asked, her voice calm and composed.

The doctor thought for a moment. "If everything goes smoothly, I’d say she can leave tomorrow morning. We’ll need to keep an eye on her for the next 24 hours, but after that, she should be able to go home."

Tang Xue Mei nodded, her expression serene. "Okay, thank you, doctor. We’ll make sure to take good care of her."

An Yu nodded silently beside her, his eyes fixed on the doctor’s face.

With that, Tang Xue Mei and An Yu returned to Leia’s bedside, where Leia was now sitting up, looking a bit more energetic.

"Hey, Leia," Tang Xue Mei said, smiling softly. "How are you feeling?"

Leia winced, her eyes squinting in pain. "My head hurts...and my leg feels like it’s on fire."

Tang Xue Mei nodded sympathetically. "The doctor says you’re going to be okay. You just need to rest and take it easy for a while but you should be able to go home after 24 hours of observation."

Qiangyu eye rolled as he got into the car, her not being her made things worst for him.

Qiangyu nodded it would be too much of an hassle if everyone came to look for her

"I’m glad you called, I’ve been running out of lies to tell the old folks.."

Leia chuckled her dad must have been worried sick, he had called her lots of times since she left home.

"Though I’m coming home, I won’t be staying for long. I still want to come back here, I like the life I’m leaving right now.."

Qiangyu sighed he knew this would happen, personally he would allow her to leave wherever she wanted but their parents would not allow it.

"You might have to speak to the old folks about this one.."

Leia sighed there was no room was escape then.

"I’ll call you once I get some and tell the rest of our brothers that I’m okay. Bye! Love you!"

Leia dropped the phone down and sighed, if she arrived home on time then there was room for negotiation.

"Even if i can’t stay here I must come back to see the twins, I don’t want to miss the twins birth.."

Feng Shihan grabbed the crutches as he walked inside the house looking for the old man.

Ken’s hands stilled on the keyboard as his phone buzzed on the desk. He gazed at the screen, his eyes widening in surprise as he read the caller ID.

"Boss?" he said, his voice laced with shock, as he answered the call.

There was a pause, and then a voice spoke on the other end of the line. "Ken," Feng Shihan said, his voice firm and authoritative.

Ken’s eyes widened in shock, his mouth hanging open. "Boss?" he repeated, his voice barely above a whisper. "But...we thought you were dead!."

Feng Shihan’s voice was calm. "I managed to survive."

Ken’s face was pale, his eyes still wide with shock. "How...how is this possible?" he stuttered.

"It’s quite shocking haha now back to business. First how my wife, my babies, how big is her belly.."

Ken expression was black it must be really good to fall in love. The first thing he did was to check on his wife.

"The young madam is doing pretty great, her belly’s huge maybe because she’s carrying twins and she eats a lot as usually. She also recently designed the nursery, it had a cute bear theme. She has gained some weight but now too much. She’s traveled out of the country once don’t worry she brought An Yu along and she has also gotten a high fever don’t worry she’s fine down. Ken inhaled sharply getting his breath back, he had to get his breath back after giving Feng Shihan a report on his wife.

"That’s good, I broken my leg in the ordeal and I can’t feel where I am until two months for now. The place is a bit tricky to find and it’s not somewhere you can land a helicopter on. I’ll call you again when I find the best possible pickup spot.."

"He told me her belly has gotten so big, I wish I could touch it...if I hadn’t gone to the military I’d be by her side right now.."
