My American magical life
Chapter 37 - 37 37 You love America but who loves you

37: Chapter 37 You love America, but who loves you?

Europe and America have had a long love-hate history with lead.

From Roman Nobility treasuring lead cups and bearing a bunch of cognitively impaired (literally) heirs, to the American Gasoline Factory adding lead to gasoline, poisoning workers and children alike.

These masters taking advantage of the low human rights advantage have never really taken this issue seriously.

Has no one raised any doubts?

Of course not!

Every country has its patriots, and how much more so for a thriving America?

But you love America, who loves you?

America is not a realm owned by one family or surname, but a land of capital interest groups.

The presidency changes hands, but the senators run the house.

Behind each member of the two houses of Congress, there represents different interest groups.

Is the blood lead problem a big problem?

The masters don’t think it’s a big problem.

This can be explained with a boomerang principle.

What about this country?

Please state your question!

According to a study in 2022, more than half of Americans had experienced excessive blood lead levels during their childhood.

Take note, high levels of lead in the blood can cause physical cognitive impairment.

Darling, I also find it absurd to write these words, this is really, really, really regrettable.

A nation that prides itself as the greatest country in the world, allowing its citizens to be cognitively impaired on a massive scale.

They knew what happened, but they did nothing!

It’s ridiculous!

Millions upon millions of Americans, because of excessive lead levels in their blood during childhood, suffered cognitive impairment and declined IQs.

The average IQ of all Americans has decreased by at least 2, with those born in certain generations experiencing an average drop of 6!

This even includes many children of the congressmen and daughters of the rich.

They are so fearful as to deceive their own people.

Even animals are not so cruel!

(The author states that all these are true occurrences, it’s regrettable, but all true, we really can’t imagine the lower limit of demons, sigh.

They are also living human beings, entitled to normal growth rights, among them may be patriots, scientists, teachers, firefighters.

These people who serve the country, along with countless more ordinary citizens, have been deceived, harmed, and had the truth hidden from them by their own nation.

I look at the terrible news results I’ve found and truly feel so regrettable.

Sigh.)

Knowing the truth about the Holy Water, Cheng Daqi dared not reveal or alert others.

There are many lids in America that cannot simply be lifted.

Regarding the possible issues with Holy Water, Cheng Daqi could only opt for sanctuary.

One must soberly realize the limits of their abilities and not waste themselves on futile endeavors when the larger conditions do not permit.

A gentleman keeps his talents hidden, awaiting the right moment.

Cheng Daqi had decided not to drink the water from the church anymore.

He only knew that Farmer’s Spring was a bit sweet, but didn’t expect the American Holy Water to be sweet as well.

Lead sugar is very sweet, but one must be alive to drink it.

But since he had come, Cheng Daqi still filled up a few large plastic bottles.

Then he skillfully switched into begging mode.

A thief never leaves empty-handed; the water may have turned into a soup, but Cheng Daqi was no longer confident about getting water from another place.

Begging is still necessary, money may be in his pocket, but one shouldn’t waste what the old Buddha has paid for.

“GOD bless you, ma’am, I didn’t have breakfast yesterday, nor did I have breakfast today; can you provide food for a homeless man like me here?”

He truly hadn’t eaten anything.

He had initially planned to freeload a meal from Lisa at noon, but it was still early.

The body of his original self had been tormented to sudden death, so eating more would help replenish nutrients for the body.

“Alright, come with me, we still have some bread.”

The Black lady provided Cheng Daqi with an entire large bag of over a dozen loaves of bread and earnestly admonished him.

“Child, the doors here are always open for you, you’re welcome to join the worship on the weekends.”

“So, has Red Street started handing out relief this morning?”

Hearing Cheng Daqi’s footsteps, Sani crawled out of her tent with a blank expression, rubbing her hair as she asked.

He once thought the Black girl was just uneducated and seemed a bit silly.

But after really seeing the reality that nearly every faucet dispensed ‘sweet water,’ Cheng Daqi deeply pitied Sani.

Such a nice girl turned into a dimwit by her own country.

Though not severely, it didn’t affect the grand scheme of things, but it was truly a pity.

“No, I went to the church to get some water and also got some food, do you want some bread?”

He handed the bag to Sani and sat in front of his own tent, looking at the map.

The address Lisa gave was five kilometers away from his respawn point.

Whether to walk or take a taxi was the question.

That’s why Cheng Daqi chose to take the bus.

The buses in America are notorious for their low efficiency and long waits, but the buses in the core urban area of Saint Rodu are comparatively reliable.

“Give me a bottle of water, mine is almost all drunk up by you!”

Sani’s words were blunt, and Cheng Daqi’s expression turned awkward.

Awkward.

He had sheared a little too much wool from his neighbor.

But he truly could not afford to drink this water carelessly anymore.

“Sani, I’m going to send you some news from America, you can read it first.”

Puzzled as she tied up her hair, the Black girl opened her phone and started reading the news Cheng Daqi had sent her.

“Is this true?

So many states have lead-contaminated water, those damn ***!”

“So you can’t drink this water either, better get more purified water at noon.”

“You mean the water in Saint Rodu is also lead-contaminated?”

“How could it not be?

The ‘Holy Water’ from these churches is sweet, it’s got lead sugar in it!”

“F**K, they all deserve to die!

Born from B***Hes, all of them ***!”

Seeing this American girl who proudly raised the black flag losing her composure due to the beastly acts of America, Cheng Daqi just thought it was too outrageous.

Sani was indeed miserable, born in America, a young girl on the streets.

Harassed every day, often unable to have a decent meal, and forced to drink lead-contaminated water for over a decade.

Is this the great nation that so many blindly admire?

“Stop cursing, in a couple of years elect a new Great Commander, everything will get better!”

Cheng Daqi knew he was talking nonsense but he was genuinely concerned that Sani would be beaten down by the cruel world, so he could only comfort her with hopeful lies for now.

“F**K, do you think I’m clueless?

They are all liars, not a single word of truth comes out of those politicians’ mouths, I might as well become the president myself!

At least I wouldn’t lie to anyone!”

Sani’s words reflected the consciousness of the vast majority of lucid people.

Living on the streets for a long time had allowed her to see through the truths beneath the lies, which explained her remarkable insight.

Sadly, a large portion of the population in America didn’t have as clear an understanding as this homeless black girl.
