"Alright, I know, you’re all afraid I’ll have a hard time!" Su Rongxing giggled.

"Go back to the hotel and write the article." Su Ronggui said.

"No, I’ll write right here! I’ll write while keeping you company!" Su Rongxing brought over her computer and pointed to the pot of soup on the table, "Are you hungry? I bought chicken soup from a restaurant in the county before coming! This broken-down county doesn’t even have a decent restaurant! This is the only place that looks somewhat clean! Will you just make do with some? I wanted to make it at home and bring it, but it’s too far, and I was afraid it would spoil!"

"I’m not hungry, I just ate at the cafeteria." Su Ronggui closed his eyes.

"How can you eat the cafeteria food? It’s terrible and unhygienic! There are so many patients gathering in the cafeteria! Who knows how many infectious diseases there are!" Su Rongxing glared at him upon hearing, "From now on, don’t eat at the cafeteria, I’ll take care of you."

"No need, I can manage myself." Su Ronggui said softly.

"Well, alright, let’s both go eat together." Su Rongxing was satisfied, sat down, placed the computer on the bed, and leaned next to him to look through some materials.

With his eyes closed, he suddenly said, "Make sure to put Tu Hengsha’s name on the article."

"Su Ronggui!" Su Rongxing initially reacted intensely but thought about it and agreed; Tu Hengsha indeed participated in this investigation and even got hurt. Su Ronggui was upright and forthright; how could he take advantage of the girl? So, she let it go and compliantly responded, "Okay."

She looked around and was sure she was in the hospital. She nodded; indeed, the thirst was intense.

"Can you sit up?" He poured a cup of warm water and asked her.

She was timid, her heart pounding, but still nodded, not daring to look at him again.

He then raised the hospital bed for her to sit half up, took a spoon, and fed it to her mouth.
