Dante gave her a slight nod and said, "Hello, Miss Lisa. Good to meet you." Lisa nodded and said, "Please protect my Dovey really well. She is the one and only dear friend of mine. I can’t have her get but or anything."

Hearing her say it, a small subtke smile appeared on Dante’s face as she slowly nodded, "Rest assured, Miss Lisa. I would protect your dear friend very well." And hearing the assurance, Lisa smiled happily.

Meanwhile, Dove blinked her eyes looking at her friend in disbelief. This woman! I just asked h r to say sorry, what is she blabbering? Why does it sound like she is handing over a daughter. And she tapped her high once again.

Lisa looked af her and blinked before nodding her head. And then smiling at Dante she said, "Mr Lancaster, I am sorry for saying those things earlier. Actually when I saw you come with her, I misunderstood you to be dat-" Lisa stopped mid sentence, as she glanced at the two bright eyes of the little guy looking at the tejm curiously.

She then cleared her throat and said, "Well I thought that you were with her. You know what I mean." She said. Neither Lisa nor Dove want Gavriel to hear anything about anything related to Dove’s love life discussion. And Lisa understood very well why.

Dante was also aware of why she said in that way, and she smiled and shook his head, "You don’t have to apologise for anything, Miss Lisa." He then glanced at Dove once, before saying, "If anything, I am more than honoured to be associated with Miss Dove."

His remark made both Lisa and Dove blink their eyes. And then Dove pressed her lips together. Meanwhile, Lisa’s lips pressed into a smile, and she nodded her head very approvingly, "Yes, yes, Mr Lancaster! You are right! My Dove is so awesome, anyone would want to get associated with her and it would be an honour for them."

And she made a way of hugging Dove, before she whispered near her ears, "See!"

Meanwhile, Dove’s eyes had slightly widened, before she pressed her lips together, and lowered her head slightly. He was just being kind. After all, Lisa might not know, but Dove m ew who he really was. dangeamcsdger did not lack women in his life.

"Alright, let’s start eating." Lisa cheerfully said. Then she looked at Gavi who was busy nibbling on the food and she laughed, "Otherwise Gavi might actually finish all the food himself."

Gavriel, whose mouth was stuffed, he laughed and said, "Aunty, it isn’t my fault that you elders are all busy chatting instead of eating the food on the table.

The adults chuckled before they ordered the main course for themselves according to their preferences. Mid meal, he received a call from Calix and he stopped. Calix wouldn’t call if it wasn’t some important, because he could handle non important stuffs himself.

Dante then stood up, before excusing himself and he said, "Please excuse me, I will be back in a minute."

Dove nodded his head, and he headed towards the balcony side to take the call.

Lisa turned towards Dove curiously and said, "Dove, I am curious. Normally people don’t really bring their bodyguards to the dinner." Lisa did not say this in a bad way, but it was what it was. People specially at the same standing of Dove, they did not bring their personal bodyguards to private dinners like this. It was the most obvious thing.

Dove smiled at Lisa and nodded her head. "Actually, Mr Lancaster is my grandpa’s guest. And I feel a little awkward to treat him exactly like other bodyguards." Dove said that, but in actual, it was much more than that.

He was the CEO of Fort Groups after all. Dove was well aware about his real identity. How could she treat him like a normal bodyguard!!

But then Lisa looked at her with shiny eyes and then said, "Anyway, let that be! Did you hear what he said, he does not mind what I said, and that he feels honoured. Hihi. Of course, that might be, you are the best after all." Lisa giggled, whispering that.

Dove looked at her friend side eyedly and said pressing her lips together, "Mr Lancaster was just being kind, Lisa."

But Lisa just just giggled and shook her head and said, "I don’t think so. I think that he likes you." She teased in a whisper.
