The van made several turns and finally stopped in front of an unfinished building.

It seemed their target was Fu Xingrui, and Ye Zhun was just taken along incidentally.

"Miss, why don’t you call the police?" the driver asked, visibly shaken by the scene in the distance.

Calling Fu Xingzhou was more effective than calling the police.

Ye Yan opened the car door to get out, but the driver quickly advised, "Don’t go out there. What can you do as a girl? We should just wait for the police honestly."

She paced back and forth, rubbing her hands together, each second an agony.

"They’re coming out," the driver, with sharp eyes, pointed ahead, "Someone is coming out."

Ye Yan quickly looked, first seeing Ye Zhun, followed closely by Fu Xingrui.

The two teenagers seemed to have fought as well, showing slight bruises.

But among the group, she did not see Fu Xingzhou.

Seeing the regretful and pained expression on Fu Xingrui, Ye Yan’s heart suddenly clenched.

She rushed forward, frantically looking behind them, trying to find Fu Xingzhou.
