Monarch Night -
Chapter 110: New Release Gratitude and Alliance Hierarch Additional Update Plan
Chapter 110: New Release Gratitude and Alliance Hierarch Additional Update Plan
By midnight, it would be on sale.
The heart was as calm as still water.
The last book, it basically had a terrible ending.
Body issues or hand issues or whatever, let’s not mention it.
A terrible ending was a terrible ending.
As a result, quite a bit of popularity was damaged.
The damage to popularity naturally reflected back on this book.
As an old author with over thirty million words written, there were advantages and disadvantages. The advantage was that many readers truly recognized my work.
They’d check it out as soon as I started a book.
The downside was that many readers didn’t recognize my work. They’d swipe away as soon as they saw my name, regardless of how well it was written.
So, it was a bit of a double-edged sword.
This book, it was conceived during my treatment, when my hands couldn’t move, and I could only play on my phone with my right hand.
While scrolling through TikTok, I saw a comment from an old reader.
It said: "Old man, write a good book for once, stop with the fillers. How many years do you have left? You should consider your reputation, right?"
Then that night, I couldn’t sleep.
*Different environments bring different mental realms, especially after encountering problems with my hands. At that time, I believed that my career was over.*
*What’s a person who relies on their hands to type supposed to do when their hand is injured?*
*So during that period, that comment struck a chord with me.*
*Thus, I came up with Monarch Night.*
This book, well, you could say it was a thrill to read.
But it was filled with countless plots and intrigues, human mind games, the thoughts of different factions, and various strategies.
Or you could put it this way, *if you didn’t settle down to read and couldn’t understand the major camps and everyone’s identities and statuses, you might not even comprehend it.*
This included every step of the protagonist’s calculations, every word’s effect in enemy camps, why they said what they did, their intentions, what they aimed to achieve, and whether they achieved it...
And these things, to truly be honest, perhaps old bookworms would find resonance and read with relish.
But young readers might not like it.
*Some things can only be understood once experienced.*
*In today’s impatient society, where everyone is accustomed to fast-paced reading environments, writing a meticulous book like this...*
*I knew what the outcome would be.*
*But I always had to give myself a proper account.*
*While I still could write, writing a book with full devotion.*
*Trying to shed previous habits, and reducing fillers.*
Of course, the protagonist’s aura was bound to exist, and flaws would inevitably appear.
This point, in serialized writing, was gradually refined.
This book, written so meticulously, wouldn’t be written quickly.
Even if it was written quickly, it wasn’t daring enough to be released too fast.
Because, there were some Chapters I sent out after which I would watch the comments. There were indeed many detail-oriented readers who would point out unreasonable aspects or omissions; I would immediately address them in the next Chapter or take the opportunity to patch it up.
If it burst out too quickly, there would be no time to make amends.
So, everyone finding problems in time and speaking out often was beneficial to me.
I’d write slowly and meticulously to strive to let everyone read carefully.
*This journey, I would continue for a while.*
"At midnight, it would be released with four Chapters. Then at five-thirty in the afternoon, two more Chapters would be added. A tentative total of six Chapters."
"Well, there’s something to say upfront, as I mentioned before, I would always keep at least two Chapters in reserve. If one day the reserve dropped below two Chapters, I would take a leave. At that time, I’d let everyone know in advance."
"Future update times would mainly be maintained at 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Additional updates would be in the afternoon."
"Regarding the additional Chapters for the Alliance Hierarch, we would start from the ordinary leaders in order, such as who was the number which leader of the book, etc... The leaders could see their order on the page, so they’d be aware."
"The additional Chapters for the Silver Alliance Leader would be left later. I wouldn’t skip out, even if by the end it wasn’t paid off... cough."
"Still, let me ask for subscriptions."
"Brothers who had money, please support with money, and those who could, support with manpower, ha."
"Those about to leave, I wished you happy reading."
"After it went on sale, the fan-point comments would be enabled. Later on, even if you cursed me, you’d have to spend money, oh."
"See you at zero o’clock."
