Li Yao crossed his arms; his dual-hand scythe split into two single-handed sickles, and his body grew many illusory tentacles.

He continued to scan the area carefully, but there wasn’t a trace of movement around him.

Then Li Yao quickly stowed his scythe, bent his bow, and began using Sonic Arrows in reality.

Yet, as the sonic waves oscillated, the opponent’s figure remained unseen.

“Nice sensory skills, able to control sound waves. Too bad they’re useless against me,” the Shadow Clan’s voice was ethereal, its direction indiscernible.

“Even better stealth instincts than a thief, indeed a bit tricky,” Li Yao put away his bow and arrow, still clueless as to where the opponent was, rendering the bow and arrow rather useless.
