Chapter 1077 - Chapter 1077 Chapter 1077 Inventorying the Gains
Chapter 1077: Chapter 1077: Inventorying the Gains Chapter 1077: Chapter 1077: Inventorying the Gains Zhan Tianxia also had a face full of joy as he said, “Our guild’s benefits are really great. Besides the core team, we can exchange a small amount of merit for potions useful in pioneering new raids. Moreover, we’ve even waived contributions, hehe. I have quite a few friends who’ve been forming teams to raid this dungeon for several days now, and just buying potions was bankrupting them. Now the detoxification and poison-resistant demoness potions are game-changers. Many teams can only use slightly lower-grade potions of the same type. I think we shouldn’t even bother dividing the spoils; let’s just give it all to the guild warehouse, otherwise, the guild will suffer a big loss.”
Seventy-two Transformations also nodded repeatedly and said, “I’ve heard too, these two kinds of potions are so expensive that people can’t afford them. I have a friend who’s a merchant who said that someone had bought up several types of herbs and potion formulas in advance. I really don’t know who it was, but they must have made a fortune.”
Upon hearing this, everyone looked towards Li Yao and Sister Li, knowing that the Sparkling President’s guild coffers were swelling like crazy. Although the two hadn’t said anything specific, they had guessed that this money must have been orchestrated by them behind the scenes.
Sister Li said with a smile, “Well, there’s no need to hide it from you anymore; our guild is the biggest beneficiary in this matter. As for the potions and such, others may lack them, but as for us, we can use as much as we want and never run out. We’ve also made too much gold, so we’re not missing this bit.”
“Wow, I knew it! Sister-in-law, I asked you several times but you never told me in detail. Tell me quickly, what’s going on?” Tong Tong asked curiously.
However, Li Yao said, “Alright, I’ve summarized the spoils. If you want to know about this matter, ask Sister Li after we leave the dungeon. Right now, let’s distribute the spoils; we’re in the midst of pioneering.”
In the Underground Palace, there were quite a few strategic treasure chests and places piled with spoils of war, but most of these were related to war mode.
The most abundant were the Legion Experience Scrolls. The function of the scrolls is simple: they are used on the same type of troops under one’s command, collectively increasing their level experience. The Legion Scrolls varied in quality–white quality increasing experience by 5%, green quality by 10%, blue quality by 15%, and purple epic quality by 25%; of course, these values are a percentage of the current maximum experience level, and the scroll stages up every ten levels, meaning that they could only be used up to rank four troops and not beyond that.
There were hundreds of scrolls in total, and Li Yao divided them into ten equal parts and distributed them. With these scrolls alone, basically all followers under their command could level up.
Li Yao’s Dark Ranger troops were all tier five and basically did not benefit from them; instead, he used them on the Worm Tribe.
The Mantis Legion collectively leveled up to level forty-five.
There were also some other legion supplies like Hell Blood Crystal Stones, essential materials for summoning hell troops, obtained from the Demon Spider Hatchery, and there were quite a few, over thirty thousand. Members leaning towards dark or neutral factions received quite a lot.
Indeed, Hell Blood Crystal Stones are the energy foundation for summoning hell troops, but absolutely not for those aligned with the light faction.
Among the gods, there were many factions, but overall, they were simply divided into good and bright, neutral, and dark and chaotic.
For example, Fruit Knight and Guardian Angel, if the two summoned dark faction troops, they would be treated as enemies.
Also, there were dozens of various Demon Spider summoning scrolls. White scrolls could use the corresponding Hell Blood Crystal Stones to summon five spiders recorded on the scrolls, excellent scrolls ten, fine scrolls twenty, and epic scrolls could summon fifty.
Out of the dozens of scrolls, not a single one was epic. Li Yao had a queen bug, and he was not interested in these at all. The combat power of the demon spiders was very average–of course, that was from Li Yao’s perspective. A few more spiders didn’t matter; a few less also didn’t matter, so he didn’t take any.
“Heavens and Earth, I really chose the wrong faith.” Guardian Angel, seeing everyone except him and his wife getting scrolls, turned red with envy.
No matter how vile the demon spiders were, they were still a military unit; once these individuals ventured out, they could summon hundreds of demon spiders through the altar by consuming Hell Blood Crystal Stones. The addition of so many demon spiders was absolutely delightful. As for the followers in their possession, those could be cultivated into boss heroes and should not be wasted.
The blueprints for the demon spider altars, also known as the breeding centers, fell after each demon spider unit destroyed numerous breeding chambers. There were at least three blueprints for each type of altar.
Once a military altar was established in the guild’s stronghold, depending on the altar’s grade and quality, a certain number of demon spiders could be summoned periodically, of course, at the cost of Hell Blood Crystal Stones.
The white altar could summon a maximum of a thousand demon spiders per month, the green altar could summon up to one thousand five hundred demon spiders every twenty days, the blue altar could summon up to two thousand demon spiders within ten days, and the purple epic altar could consume the corresponding crystal stones to summon up to three thousand demon spiders weekly.
Moreover, the higher the grade of the altar, the higher the chance of summoning higher-grade military units.
For example, a white-grade demon spider altar could, at most, summon elite-level demon spiders, and there was a chance to summon silver heroes during the summoning.
The green one had an even greater chance, while the epic one had a chance to summon demon spider heroes, although the probability was very low.
Establishing the respective altars in the guild’s stronghold had another benefit, namely, heroes corresponding to the altars had a chance to appear in the tavern. Players could recruit them by paying a certain price or by completing tasks assigned by the heroes, which was a very nice benefit.
After destroying so many breeding chambers, Li Yao and his team obtained ten white altar blueprints, six green ones, three blue ones, and only one epic one.
The summoning scrolls for the demon spiders could summon a corresponding number of demon spiders at any demon spider altar, not restricted by the number of altars.
“We won’t divide these blueprints; the guild will use the guild funds to construct the altars, and then the members can use the guild contributions to auction these military units for recruitment,” Li Jie thought of another good way to recycle contributions.
And the appeal was definitely great, Li Jie looked at them happily and said, “You all have scrolls, so don’t compete with the general members.”
Everyone’s smiles froze instantly, and Li Yao couldn’t help but laugh.
Li Yao understood what Li Jie meant; it was because of his Worm Tribe army that the first wave of the flexible instance refreshed so many monsters and nests, and that was the reason they reaped so much. Those who entered the instance with him had a harvest that was dozens of times more than that of ordinary people.
After all, even the top guilds with top teams coming in could only summon, at most, four to five thousand demon spiders, and there were only a few nests.
Their harvest was already plenty, and the same was true for the altar blueprints. Some guilds completing the highest difficulty levels did not even acquire any altar blueprints after killing these monsters.
These altars not only enhanced the members’ strength but also boosted their confidence and cohesion towards the guild. Probably no other guild sprung up with as many altars as quickly as Starfire.
Of course, such drops, before a first kill appeared, could occur only once per team. Even if Li Yao and his team perished and fought again, the altars would not drop anymore…
