Dugu Qianye put away the box and lowered her head to drink the porridge.

"Thank you," said Dugu Qianye after finishing the porridge.

Zi Xiao naturally took the bowl from her and replied, "There are only ten days left until the Spirit Void Secret Realm opens, we need to hurry and find the Fuyu Flower."

Dugu Qianye nodded and prepared to get out of bed, only then realizing that her clothes had changed again. Without needing to guess, she looked at Zi Xiao who was still sitting by the bed and said, "I need to change my clothes, you go out first."

Zi Xiao got up and left. As he reached the tent door, he turned around and said, "I think you look pretty good in my clothes, sexy." Then he quickly slipped away.

Dugu Qianye grabbed a pillow and threw it at Zi Xiao, but luckily he moved fast; otherwise, he would have been hit by the sudden projectile.

After changing back into her own clothes, Dugu Qianye left the tent. She saw Zi Xiao alone by the table, fiddling with something.

"Where are Qie Yue and the others?" Dugu Qianye asked.

"They went out to ask the Spiritual Beasts here where to find the Fuyu Flowers," Zi Xiao replied as he cleared the tableware.

"Oh," Dugu Qianye nodded. It was indeed a good approach, much better than blindly crashing around like a headless fly. The Spirit Void Secret Realm was simply too vast; to search on her own would waste much time. And they didn’t have much time left. They were now in the western part of the Secret Realm, and the Spiritual Beasts here would definitely know where to find the Fuyu Flowers.

Before long, Qie Yue and Hei Zi returned.

"How did it go?" Dugu Qianye asked as she approached them.

"We asked an eagle. It said if we head further west for about two days, we will come across a large prairie. In the middle of the prairie are a few mountains, and on the side of a cliff among them, there are Fuyu Flowers. But that area is a no-fly zone," Hei Zi reported.

"Then let’s pack up and leave," Zi Xiao suggested.

The camp was quickly dismantled, and the four of them mounted Lan Mei and flew westward. After a day’s flight, they arrived at the so-called prairie and from a distance could see several large mountains standing out in the plain.

Indeed, Lan Mei could no longer fly upon reaching the edge of the prairie, so everyone had to dismount and proceed on foot. The mountains had looked close, yet it took them three days of riding Phantom Beasts to get there.

At the mountain top, Dugu Qianye bent over to look down and finally saw the silhouette of the Fuyu Flowers more than a hundred meters down the cliff.

"So high?!" Qie Yue exclaimed as he looked at the sheer, steep cliff.

"How should we get it?" Hei Zi also asked.

Dugu Qianye estimated the distance and replied, "It looks like we need to secure a rope and slide down. It’s good that only flying is banned here; it would be terrible if even the Space Rings were prohibited."

Dugu Qianye took out a rope, looked around, and tied one end of the rope to a nearby boulder, then wrapped it around a tree by the cliff several times.

"Shall I go?" Zi Xiao offered as he saw Dugu Qianye getting ready to loop the rope around herself.

"You don’t know how to pick the Fuyu Flowers," Dugu Qianye replied, "If they get damaged, we’d have to keep searching. I’ve done this before, it’ll be fine."

"Alright then," Zi Xiao said. He indeed didn’t understand medicinal herbs and had to let her go down herself.

Dugu Qianye secured the rope and was about to ask Qie Yue and the others to help her descend bit by bit when she noticed Zi Xiao had wound the rope around his arm several times.

She looked at his arm, wanted to say something, but ultimately turned to face the cliff edge and said, "I’ll try to use those protruding rocks to move down. You two help me by watching the rope here, letting it down as I progress."

"Okay," Qie Yue spoke up, and Hei Zi nodded as well.

After Dugu Qianye made the arrangements, she began to descend bit by bit. At first, it went quite well since there were many protruding rocks providing her with lots of leverage, but as she went lower, the rocks became scarcer, and she had to rely on them lowering the rope for her descent.

The distance was not long, but it took her a substantial amount of time to reach the side of the Fuyu Flower.

"All set," she shouted up to them.

She retrieved a small iron shovel from her Space Ring, slowly loosened the surrounding soil until it was loose, then she put away the shovel and gently pulled up on the plant’s base, trying not to harm its stems and roots. It took her several minutes to remove it completely.

She deposited the Fuyu Flower into the Refining Demon Pot for Dudu to plant. Zi Xiao and the others thought she only needed one, but in truth, one was far from enough. However, with the Refining Demon Pot, one was sufficient.

With everything taken care of, Dugu Qianye tugged on the rope, and Qie Yue and the others started to pull her up. The ascent was quicker than the descent, and in no time, Dugu Qianye was back atop the cliff.

"Did you get it?" Zi Xiao asked as he let go of the rope.

Dugu Qianye nodded and then began to untie the rope from around her body. However, she’d tied it especially tight for safety, and she struggled to undo the knots.

Zi Xiao stepped forward and said, "Don’t move." He then bent down to untie it for her.

His head was right in front of Dugu Qianye. She looked at his dark hair and caught a faint whiff of a subtle fragrance. With just a small movement of her hand, she could embrace him fully.

Cough cough, Dugu Qianye suddenly blushed at the thought.

"Done," he said after a while, finally removing the rope.

"Hmm," Dugu Qianye nodded, putting away those thoughts.

Qie Yue unfastened the rope from the large rock and asked, "What do we do next?"

"I’ve heard there are many treasures in this Secret Realm. Since we have a few days left, after I finish making the Elixirs, why don’t we go treasure hunting?" Dugu Qianye suggested.

"Great! Last time I saw a Super Divine Beast, Qianye, could you tame it for me?" Qie Yue said excitedly.

"Sure. As long as you can capture it," Dugu Qianye nodded.

By evening, they set up tents on the plain, and Dugu Qianye summoned Lan Mei to guard the camp. The usual Spirit Beasts that roamed the plains all obediently nestled in their nests, not daring to come a step closer.

In the deep of the night, she flashed into the Refining Demon Pot, unaware that in the moment she disappeared, Zi Xiao in the next tent opened his eyes, waiting until she reappeared before closing them again.

Once in the Refining Demon Pot, Dugu Qianye went straight to the Alchemy Room. Dudu had already prepared all the medicinal ingredients.

"Master," Dudu appeared in his long-missed embrace.

Now that the master had more tasks, her visits to the Refining Demon Pot had diminished, and he hadn’t been hugged in a long time.
