Silas’s POV

As I ate with Lysander’s hand, that food tasted better. It was delicious. Well, even if I eat with my hands, I will feel the same taste, I know. But this is something nice. You don’t even need to move, and your stomach will get full too because someone else is feeding you.

That’s why I also took the bite to feed Lysander. But he didn’t take that bite. He was staring at it like there was something in that bite.

"Lysander, go ahead and eat. I didn’t poison your food."

"No, I didn’t even think about it. It’s just that I’m surprised that you are feeding me. I have never even thought in my dreams. This doesn’t feel real to me now."

Saying this, Lysander finally took the bite, and as he took it, there was a shine in his eyes, his face was glowing, and he was looking at me with a smiling face. And I felt some kind of happiness that I fed him and he liked it. That’s why I took another bite and fed him again.

It was just then, I heard chair rustling sounds. Hearing that, I glanced at those three. And they literally moved their chairs and sat down around me. Damon was sitting right beside me. Theron and Kael were sitting behind me. Their chairs were behind me. And they all were looking at me with eyes that said they also wanted me to feed them.

I smiled slightly and picked up the bite and fed it to Damon. Even though I was feeding with a spoon, he licked the spoon. But I didn’t wipe that spoon and with the same spoon, I fed Kael while turning behind and then Theron too. After feeding them, I was like, now it’s my turn to eat.

But as I picked up the bite, I noticed Lysander’s eyes. They were hungry for this bite. And I was like, no man, now it’s my turn. But I couldn’t say that in front of him, that’s why I fed him. And after feeding him, I didn’t notice anyone and started to eat without looking anywhere.

After taking a few bites, I finally stopped, because I heard a laughing sound, and that was coming from Orian. And when I glanced up at him—

"Hahahaha... Silas, you are eating like your mates are gonna snatch your food. You are such a foodie, Silas," Orian commented while laughing.

"I am hungry too, okay? And it’s not like they are snatching my food. I’m just feeling much hungrier, that’s why I am eating. Eat your own food, Orian. Don’t talk in the middle of us," I said.

And finally, I looked at them. Those four were smiling while looking at me, but it was no smile that was mocking me. It was a gentle smile. Like they were happy.

"Silas, do you want to eat something more? Or anything? Just say a word. I will tell the servant to bring it for you," Theron said from behind.

I quickly looked at him, and there was a smile on my face, because I really wanted to eat something else, but I didn’t say it.

"Yes, I do want to eat something. Can you tell the servant to bring the pasta? And it would be better if it’s the cheese pasta."

Theron chuckled hearing that and summoned the servant and ordered them to bring the cheese pasta.

After he said that to the servant, I was waiting like a good boy for the cheese pasta, and eventually Orian and Meyer’s eating was done, and both of them left from there. But even while leaving, Orian was laughing at me, which I didn’t like.

In a while, the cheese pasta was served in front of me. I took the first bite and after eating, it was so delicious. It’s the same restaurant taste which I had yesterday. And after eating, I noticed all of them were looking at me. I told them to eat too, because I don’t have four hands so that I can feed all four of them.

And the four also started to eat when they heard me. And after eating, we all went into the garden to take a walk.

"Silas, aren’t you feeling cold? It’s freezing outside," Kael asked. He was walking right beside me, and on the other side was Theron.

Damon was with us too, but he went in because he had some work. So he said he would join us after finishing that work. And Lysander... I don’t know where he went all of a sudden. He didn’t tell anyone either where he was going. He just disappeared. When I asked where he went, they also didn’t know.

"And is it cold out here?" I said, and suddenly, Theron wrapped me up with his coat.

"You covered me with your coat. Now, what about you? Aren’t you feeling cold?"

Because he was also human, so it’s impossible that he was not feeling cold. Everyone felt it—still he was ready to give me his coat, which is kinda romantic and caring. But I don’t want him to freeze in the cold either.

"You can hug me, then I won’t feel cold." While saying this, he wrapped his hands around my waist and pulled me closer. His weight was heavy, because as he was leaning on me, I could feel his weight. But I didn’t say that out loud. Because things like that, we can’t say unless we can’t handle it.

"And Silas, I’m happy that you like the food. But, by any chance, do you like cheese pasta?"

"Yes, you guessed it right. I like cheese pasta, because my dad doesn’t let me eat that."

"And why is that?"

I explained everything to Theron and Kael—that my dad doesn’t let me eat pasta because he heard from someone that someone had died after eating that pasta. They both were shocked because this was news to them.

"How come we didn’t hear this before—that we can die after eating pasta? Man, tell us, from where did your dad hear that?" Kael said, and he was laughing.

Like he was making fun of my dad. "Kael, what is there to laugh at? Why are you laughing like this? Don’t tell me you are making fun of my dad."

He stroked my head while smiling.

"How can I make fun of my father-in-law? You also know how... well-mannered I am."

"Yeah, I know. That’s why I’m saying." I replied. And Kael started to laugh very loudly. And then I was doing the same. I was walking between them. And while walking, suddenly I started to have a stomachache.

My feet stopped and I clenched my stomach very tightly. It wasn’t aching that much before, but now it was aching very badly. When they both noticed that I had stopped and was clutching my stomach, they both came to me.

"What happened, Silas? Are you having a stomachache?" Kael asked as he came back.

Because both of them had gone ahead while walking, they thought I was also walking with them. But no, I had stopped.

"My stomach is paining so badly."

My eyes became teary because that pain was really bad, and I clenched Kael’s hand as he touched my belly. Without wasting any minutes, he picked me up in his arms and took me inside the palace. After taking me in, he brought me into my room and placed me on the bed. As he did, he told the servant to call the Royal Physician there.

And that stomachache was feeling like I was gonna die. That pain was intense, and it was happening all of a sudden. Meanwhile, finally the physician arrived and he checked me.

As he checked me, he applied some ointment on my stomach and gave me some medicine to eat. I gulped that medicine with water and after that I lay down again. A warm quilt was covering my body.

"So what happened to Silas? Physician, don’t tell me he’s pregnant!" Kael asked.

Is he serious? We didn’t even do anything yet and he is saying that I am pregnant because I have a stomachache? I don’t know why he’s like that. I can’t even laugh because if I laugh now, I will feel more pain in my stomach.

"Your Highness, he’s not pregnant. It’s just that he ate a little too much, which is why he has indigestion. But he will be fine, I have given him the medicine."

Kael made a disappointed face.

"Oh, so it was because of the indigestion. I thought I was gonna become a father. Silas, why don’t you get pregnant? I think we should work on getting you pregnant from now on."

"Kael, don’t talk nonsense and shut your mouth right now, or else I’m gonna hit you very badly," I said. Kael really doesn’t know what to say and when. He just opens his mouth and says anything he wants.

"What happened, Silas? Are you embarrassed? If yes, don’t worry. The physician is a real physician. He’s not gonna judge you."

It’s good that the Royal Physician left from there and didn’t stay any longer. If he had stayed, Kael wouldn’t have shut his mouth. Theron was sitting beside me, and he eventually started to rub my stomach. As he was doing that, I was really feeling comfortable and nice.
