Silas’s POV

My nails were digging into his skin as his teeth and lips were touching my neck, making my whole body shiver like I was searching for this sensation. But just then we heard someone talking, that’s why I pushed Kael away from me, and he was also panicked and sat there while looking to see who had come.

Meanwhile, I was still lying without moving. Cuz I had a fear that whoever had heard my moans—so I was not getting up from embarrassment. Kael looked at the door, and I was looking at him to hear from him who had come.

"Kael, what happened?" I touched his stomach with my feet to ask him.

And his eyes fell on me. I wanted to hear the answer from him, but Kael was only looking at me without saying anything and then glancing at the door again like someone was really standing there. And my heart was really beating so fast in fear that what if the servants had come inside and saw me and Kael doing those types of things.

"Silas, there is no one. Servants were passing by in the hallway; that’s why we were able to hear their voices."

When Kael’s words reached my ears, I sighed in relief that no one heard us, nor did anyone see it too. Which is good.

I sat up while wearing my clothes properly without wasting any moment though. As I sat and glanced at Kael, he was already looking at me.

"Kael, I think I should go now. I am feeling tired."

"Sure, let’s go. I will take you to your room," saying this, Kael stand up, and his eyes were like they were still hungry for me. We both came out from there and reached my room. I took out my pajamas and went inside the bathroom to change my clothes first since they had become dirty.

I took a quick bath too since I was all sticky from down there. And when I came out from the bathroom after that, I found Kael was still in my room.

"Kael, why didn’t you leave?" I thought he had left and Orian must have come back. But Orian didn’t come back yet, and he is also here.

"I want to continue what we were doing earlier in the library," he said while taking steps toward me and grabbed my cheek with one hand.

"Kael, wait. Orian will come back at any moment, so let’s not do this," I said while glancing at the door.

Cuz I know Orian must be coming back any time, so we should be careful. Cuz I don’t want my brother to see us doing that kind of thing. But just then I felt wet on my neck, and I looked—Kael was leaning at my neck and licking with his tongue.

As we heard this from the maids who were passing by in front of my room, Kael and I exchanged glances and quickly stood up, rushing toward the door. Cuz we would have to go and see what happened to Lysander.

"Did you know anything about this?" I asked Kael. And his face was so worried, so I understood that this is something very serious, that’s why I didn’t ask further questions. We both hurriedly went to the other floor where Lysander’s room was. Kael led me there as we reached that floor.

It was something very unusual. It was very quiet, like no one was there, and the lights were dim in the hallway. Even though all candles were burning, still they were not giving much light. I was walking ahead even though I am scared of ghosts, cuz I was worried about Lysander.

That’s why Kael knocked on the door cuz it was looking like Lysander had fallen asleep. But when Kael knocked, there was no answer, and just then the door opened, and it was Damon who had opened the door.

I was a little surprised seeing him inside cuz I didn’t expect that he would be inside.

"Silas, Kael. Come inside," as he said, we both went inside, and Damon locked the door again.

And when I looked ahead at the bed, my eyes widened. Cuz Lysander’s both hands were tied to the bed’s corners with thick rope. And Lysander’s eyes were closed like he was sleeping. But then I noticed two priests who were standing near the bed while holding the cross and one book in the other one’s hand. Theron and Damon were standing behind us, and their mom and dad were also there.

I turned to Damon to ask him what was happening, but before I could ask, I heard—

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

It was a scream that startled me, and I glanced at the bed—Lysander’s eyes were open. Did he scream? And again, I heard the same scream. But Lysander’s mouth was closed. I was looking at him. It means he didn’t scream. Then who did it?

And just then I noticed the priests—they were looking beside Lysander. There was no one, though... and those priests started to murmur something which was beyond my understanding. So I just listened and glanced at Damon and the others.

Damon had understood that I wanted to ask something, that’s why even though he seemed worried, still he bent down near me and I whispered in his ear.

"If I am not wrong, there is a ghost sitting beside Lysander, right?" I asked, cuz I am not a fool who can’t even understand this.

"Yes, Lysander is possessed by a man."

As Damon said that, my eyes widened. And when Damon touched my shoulder, I saw a man who was beside Lysander—his skin was looking like it was burnt, and he looked so creepy and horrifying.

And when that man turned toward me, his eyes met mine, and he opened his mouth to laugh. I felt like I was gonna die from a heart attack alone. Cuz he was scary, and something like this had possessed Lysander. I noticed even though Lysander’s eyes were open, he was not moving, nor even blinking—like he was still sleeping with his eyes open.

"Aren’t you that omega who I was about to fuck after 50 years of my death? You look kinda delicious, I admit that."

My heart skipped a beat, and my body moved backward on its own and bumped into Damon’s chest. And I realized it was Damon behind me. And that ghost—he knows me. It means what Lysander tried to do with me in the afternoon, it was done by this ghost.

That ghost’s eyes were terrifying when he was looking at me from head to toe. It was giving me goosebumps cuz I can fight with a living person, not with some kind of ghost who looks this dangerous. I will only die if I even try to fight with him. He was laughing while looking at me, which was making my whole body tremble in fear. He was laughing.

"Hahaha... Hey, slave of moon goddess, I will leave this prince of yours if you hand me over that omega who is standing over there. Or else I will go only after killing this prince."

My legs froze in one place. Those two priests turned around and looked at me. Damon’s parents were also looking at me after hearing that ghost. And just then Damon stepped forward and stood in front of me, and Theron also did the same.

"Did you really think we are negotiating with you right now?" Damon said in a cold voice.

I was standing behind them, and now all I could see was their backs. I sighed in relief that they were here to protect me, but just then I heard—

"Hey, beauty!"

My eyes widened, and when I turned beside me—that man who was sitting on the bed a few minutes ago was standing right beside me.
