Chapter 161: Chapter 158: Bullying Her is Seeking Death (One More Update)

That night, a fine dusting of light snow enveloped Chuandu City, bringing with it a sense of pristine white beauty.

Zero Degree Bar was located in a bustling area of Chuandu City, and business was booming. Those in the know were aware of who owned this turf, so no one dared to stir up trouble, fearing they’d bring disaster upon themselves. Tonight, as usual, there were already cars and motorcycles parked outside the Zero Degree Bar as evening fell.

Outside the Zero Degree Bar, two valets huddled, shrugging their heads, as they parked the cars and headed to a sheltered spot by the wall, breathing out visible puffs of air.

"It’s damn cold tonight!"

"Yeah, it’s almost New Year’s. People are enjoying good food and drink, but here we are, stuck in this crappy place, watching over these vehicles."

Seeing another car approach, the two valets got up and moved forward again, ready to park it for the customer.

A BMW came from afar, drifting swiftly into a parking spot, eliciting admiring gazes from the two valets who couldn’t help but whistle.

"Who is this, the driving is too good!"

"Haven’t seen driving skills this good in a long time."

Several young guys marveled as they awaited the BMW owner to step out.

The passenger door opened, and a pair of long, slender legs clad in tight jeans descended, followed by a young girl with a delicate and charming appearance. Wearing a red down jacket, the girl glanced toward the ’Zero Degree’ sign not far from her, her lips curving into an ambiguous smile.

Then the driver’s door opened, and a tall, handsome man stepped out, walking over to the girl. "This is the place."

He had already investigated all the territories of the Dragon Tiger Business Guild, including several bars, two casinos, and quite a few bath centers. Of course, all those places were involved in unsavory dealings, so their visit today was about cleaning up some of society’s refuse.

"Hmm."

"This bar under the Dragon Tiger Business Guild is the most profitable."

"The more it makes, the noisier it is."

Under the watchful eyes of several people, Qin Qin and Zhao Han entered the Zero Degree Bar.

The interior of Zero Degree Bar dazzled with colorful lights while several women in heavy makeup danced sensually on stage, with countless young men and women dancing excitedly below.

As Qin Qin entered the bar, she frowned. She didn’t like the atmosphere here; it was unclean and disordered.

The ear-splitting sound system echoed throughout the bar, where she could still make out everyone’s movements despite the dim lighting, making her expression even more displeased.

"Such places are like this. You’ll get used to it. I heard tonight they’re planning a transaction here," Zhao Han said in a low voice, leaning close to Qin Qin’s ear.

Qin Qin nodded, lifting the corners of her lips slightly. "A transaction? I wonder if it will go through."

She walked straight to the bar, where the handsome young bartender greeted her with a smile as she took a seat. "What can I get for the beautiful lady?"

Another bartender on the side watched the young, pretty, and pure-looking girl who had come here to drink, wondering if she wasn’t afraid of being devoured. But the world was full of all kinds; some appeared innocent but were extremely promiscuous. Thinking this, the other bartender gave a lecherous smile.

Qin Qin cast a bland glance at the other bartender. Despite the tranquility in her gaze, it sent a shiver through him. Odd, he thought, afraid of a girl barely into her teens.

Zhao Han sat on the other side of Qin Qin, and the two didn’t exchange glances, giving the impression to the unknowing that they weren’t acquainted.

"What do you have? Just bring me something at random," Qin Qin said softly.

The bartender raised his eyebrows and nodded.

"Make it a Rainbow for the little beauty here," a male voice called out.

Qin Qin looked in the direction of the voice and saw a man in his twenties, dressed in a gray suit, approaching her. His eyes betrayed a fondness for Qin Qin, but that fondness came with malicious intent. The man leaned in on the other side of Qin Qin, sporting a grin he considered charming. "First time at the bar, little beauty? Let big brother buy you a Rainbow, it’s a delicious drink."

With an acknowledging nod to the handsome bartender, the man waited for confirmation. The Rainbow was a signature cocktail created by the bar, sweet and pleasant in taste but with a powerful kick. One glass was enough to floor anyone with less alcohol tolerance. This man was known in the bar as a champion womanizer, called Young Master Wu.

Soon the Rainbow cocktail was ready. Young Master Wu picked it up with a smile and handed it to Qin Qin. "Little beauty, see how pretty it is? Finish it and big brother will show you a good time."

Qin Qin received the colorful drink with a smile, examining it. Indeed, it was pretty, but the vibrant colors concealed filth.

As Zhao Han idly swirled a glass of red wine, he watched Young Master Wu, feeling pity for the man who had no idea that they had come to cause trouble. Wu had willingly approached them, setting himself up for humiliation.

Qin Qin looked at the rainbow cocktail in her hand and handed it directly to Young Master Wu, "Drink it!"

Young Master Wu was taken aback, then lifted his smile, "Are you trying to have a drink with me, little beauty? Playing games, huh? But I don’t like these low-alcohol drinks. How about I have the bartender bring us some whiskey, and we drink a toast together?"

"Don’t want to drink?!" Qin Qin’s voice turned cold as she splashed the rainbow cocktail viciously onto Young Master Wu’s face.

Young Master Wu stood there in shock, his face instantly becoming multicolored, someone nearby shouted out, causing many people around to look over. Recognizing Young Master Wu, they were astonished that someone dared to splash him in the face with a drink — who had such guts?

A cold look came over Young Master Wu’s face, "Worthless woman, I gave you face and you didn’t take it, daring to splash me with a drink."

Two burly bodyguards approached from Young Master Wu’s side. He raised his hand, "Grab her and bring her to my bed."

The bodyguards nodded and advanced directly, reaching out to grab Qin Qin, who remained seated without moving, instead meticulously wiping her fingers as if indifferent to being seized.

A crowd felt that the girl must be foolish — Young Master Wu had ordered her capture, yet she seemed apathetic, wiping her hands casually, apparently unafraid.

The bodyguards’ hands were just tens of centimeters from Qin Qin when a glass of red wine was swiftly splashed at them, and a pair of large hands, one left and one right, grabbed theirs and twisted violently, eliciting agonized screams from the bodyguards.

Young Master Wu recoiled in surprise, looking at the tall figure who had suddenly appeared in front of Qin Qin. He had noticed a man sitting next to Qin Qin earlier, but since there had been no interaction between them, could this man be standing up for this woman? How laughable, didn’t he see who Young Master Wu was?

So what if this man helped out? He was not afraid. What he wanted, he got. And besides, this woman had offended him, and what was there to fear from this man who had several bodyguards?

"Who are you? I’ve taken a fancy to this woman. Be smart and get lost," Young Master Wu said, lifting his head confidently.

"Get lost? I’m her bodyguard. Beat me if you can, then go after her," Zhao Han said with disdain. He had seen too many of such people and didn’t care to give them a second glance.

Young Master Wu flinched, not expecting these two to be in cahoots. He had thought the man was just helping the girl out since they clearly had no prior interaction.

"Attack them, and make sure you deal with these two properly," Young Master Wu roared, as two more bodyguards stepped out.

Zhao Han smirked contemptuously. These bodyguards were nothing but decorations to him; he didn’t even want to bother using his hands.

The two bodyguards, along with the two who had their wrists broken, charged at Zhao Han. He leapt into action, diving into the midst of the four bodyguards and swiftly knocking all four to the ground with minimal effort.

Only then did Young Master Wu realize he had provoked someone he shouldn’t have. Trying to retreat in fear, he was caught by Zhao Han and kicked to kneel in front of Qin Qin.

Qin Qin glanced at the knelt Young Master Wu and spoke to Zhao Han, "Did it take a bit too long to deal with these people?"

"Hmm, it won’t happen again. I’ve been a bit off lately; next time, I promise within a minute," he replied.

Qin Qin nodded, as the surrounding onlookers couldn’t help but gasp in shock, their mouths agape.

How arrogant these two were! They were even thinking about a next time?!

Sitting comfortably, Qin Qin smiled and then turned to the somewhat frightened bartender behind her, "I want some cake."

"Cake?!" The bartender thought he had misheard and repeated.

Qin Qin nodded, "Yes, a cake. Don’t you have any?"

She was purposely being difficult, wasn’t she? How could she find trouble unless she asked for something they didn’t have?

"No," the bartender said firmly.

Qin Qin leaned forward, fixing her gaze on the handsome bartender with an intimidating air. The good-looking bartender and another one flinched, realizing the girl before them was far from the harmless appearance she conveyed and even quite frightening. The bartender who had almost offended Qin Qin immediately shrank aside, not daring to look her in the eye.

"No? Well, then, should we smash this bar? Those who don’t want to get hurt had better leave quickly," Qin Qin said, looking around, prompting the crowd to jump with alarm. Many who dared not linger left at once, while others with more guts stood there but backed away several steps.

"Do... do you know where you are?" The handsome bartender asked in fear, overwhelmed by the girl’s strong presence. He had initially thought she was a pure and innocent girl — he had been mistaken for the first time.

"Hmm, Dragon Tiger Business Guild’s territory, right? It’s precisely their trouble I’m seeking," Qin Qin said, and grabbed a glass beside her to hurl it furiously at the rows of bottles behind the bartender.

The distinct sound of shattering made everyone flinch, and the spectators realized the young girl was not joking. She dared to mess with the Dragon Tiger Business Guild. What audacity she had.

With a grim expression, the bartender witnessed a group of Dragon Tiger Business Guild’s members scampering away from a distance and finally heaved a sigh of relief.

Zhao Han stood steadily in front of Qin Qin, watching a group of about a dozen men bustle in from outside. He smiled, loosened up his muscles, and prepared for a fight.
