(Magic, it’s a magic academy so of course, I’m sure it’s one of the heads of the academy, and it’s not Selena, it’s either Maria or the other one)

After walking past the front gates, Ethan followed all the other students who were staring at him into the main building and finally got to the main hall where tons of chairs were arranged and each of the students sat down.

Ethan sat at the very last chair close to the edge and immediately a fight started about who was going to sit next to him till an instructor stepped on the stage and the girl closest to the chair quickly sat on and the other girls had no choice but to take seats themselves and since the instructor was already here none of them would get a chance to talk to Ethan.

The head instructor who was in the middle of other instructors wasn’t Maria or Selena so Ethan knew she had to be the other instructor Selena talked about or just another magic instructor.

"So you all are here to join the mage academy, you are here to become warriors that protect the kingdom, but do you have what it takes to become warriors, let’s find out" she spoke as she walked outside.

The students all followed behind her and walked for a while till they got to the training ground, an open field large enough to contain 10,000 people and still have space left.

"The test this time is to survive and you would be divided into groups, a portal would be opened to a forest where different beasts are running wild, and your job is to get 1 advance tier crystal, 2 intermediate tier crystals, and 10 basic crystal, you’ll go in a team of five"

"Your team needs only 1 advance tier and 2 intermediate tier crystals to pass, but each of you must present 10 basic crystals, you have 3 days, food and water will be provided for you and if you have any questions ask any of the instructors, choose a team before I get back, and if you can’t find a team or your team isn’t up to 5 then you would proceed like that, and mind you, there are 204 students so one team would not be complete"

(Well, the test is definitely interesting, fighting beasts isn’t a problem but you have to find girls that are really strong and work with them so you can pass the test)

’Yes, but who would want to choose a weak male to do something like that with them, even though all of them would want me, they also wouldn’t want to fail the test’

(True, and more true since none of the girls have approached you to join their team, we are definitely going to get payback for this)

"Master" a voice spoke in Ethan’s ears and he quickly turned around and saw Martha standing in front of him.

"Martha!!" Ethan muttered.

"You abandoned me, you really abandoned me, I waited for you but you abandoned me, a male even came to the inn and I served him, he wanted to spend the night with me, and two other girls but I rejected" Martha spoke.

"I didn’t abandon you, I went to train so I could pass the test, and I told you to pass the test too" Ethan replied.

"You aren’t part of a team so let’s form a team, I’m a healer and I know you are a fighter so"

"We still need to find 3 other girls and no girl would want to join a team with a male in it" Ethan muttered.

"You are wrong about that, the test said we have 3 days right, that means we are going to spend 2 nights there, you have no idea how many of these girls would want to spend a night with you" Martha spoke.

"Ohh, that’s a great way to get them to join but would it really work, would you risk failing the academy test just to have sex with a male?"

"I would do it 100 times over and not regret any of them, and besides this night we’ll be together," Martha said as she walked away from him.

(So you would have died if Martha didn’t reject that male, I hope you die when banging a chick)

’Sometimes I feel the urge to strangle you then I remember it’s not your fault, maybe you didn’t when banging a girl’ Ethan said as he saw a familiar face walking towards him with one other girl.

"Hi, I saw you with a girl, did she leave?" The princess asked.

"She didn’t leave, she went to find more... never mind, would you join my team, we already have a healer" Ethan spoke.

"Why would we join you, do you even know how to cast an attack spell, princess do you know him?" The girl beside the princess asked.

"Yes I do, and he’s powerful, though not up to my level but he’s powerful, and we are here to join his team," the princess said while staring at Ethan.

"Okay, so we have four members, oh Martha already found someone, that makes five" Ethan muttered as Martha walked towards them.

"I thought you were bringing someone?" Ethan asked as Martha came alone.

"I was but she joined another team, do they want to join us, who are... princess" Martha quickly spoke as she bowed her head.

"You don’t have to bow to her, she’s not the Queen just a princess" Ethan muttered and both of the girls were shocked.

"We are a team, so there’s no need" Isabella spoke.

"Can the four of us really do it, we have to defeat an advance level beast, 2 intermediate level beasts, and 10 basic tier beasts each and take their crystals" the other girl spoke.

"No problem, but first we have to introduce ourselves and our spells and attributes so we can work together"
