Ethan created a barrier in front of himself before settling down, she wasn’t attacking him meaning she was waiting for something.

"What are you waiting for" Ethan spoke.

"Lightning, how much beating would you take before you release your lightning?"

"So that’s what you have been waiting for, is that why you aren’t attacking much, to save you the trouble I won’t be using my lightning today, I’m sure I can defeat you without it" Ethan spoke.

Ethan quickly gathered a small amount of Mana in his eyes and just like Hal said, he could see wind gathering around the girl in front of him, it looked like a wind barrier rotating so much nothing would be able to pass through.

Ethan watched as the wind in front of her formed large bullets which shot towards him but since he could see the spell, Ethan easily evaded the spell by jumping to the side.

’Is it me or are her spells slow, I don’t even need a barrier, I can just dodge them by jumping sideways, is that the price for their invisibility’

Ethan’s body burst into flames and then he opened his storage ring close to his body and before he brought it out completely he cast ignite setting the entire sword on fire as he brought it out.

’I think he figured it out, and he can see my spells now, he went with flames so he’s planning on getting close, I won’t be able to stop him unless I stop him now, I can’t believe I couldn’t make him use his lightning’

The wind surrounding the girl vanished as a vortex of wind began to form in front of her making it physically impossible for Ethan to charge towards her.

Her wind vortex compresses wind to form a vortex that sucks the opponent inside and sharp wind blades finish off the opponent but Ethan stood firm as he infuse all the Mana he could muster inside his sword.

Since his sword was already ignited, the flame increased and burned brightly, even Ethan who was covered with his flame cloak could feel the heat of his flame on the sword.

"Well fuck it, Haaaa..." Ethan shouted as she placed one of his feet forward and brought his sword down on the spell, his flame got mixed in and their arena turned into a field of flame.

*BOOM!!*

"What a fool, imagine cutting through hundreds of wind blades, it won’t work" the girl muttered as the flame died out and smoke filled the arena.

The girl saw a spark of lightning for a second and immediately created a barrier of air in front of herself.

"He can’t be moving right, maybe I’m just on the edge" the girl muttered and immediately four blades of air were shot towards her from the direction where she saw the lightning earlier but she already created a barrier.

"He’s moving, how the hell did he..." The girl stopped as she felt something and turned her sideways.

Before she could make a move something hit her stomach letting the air out of her lungs as she was sent flying and landed on the ground, Ethan didn’t give her a chance to rest as he dashed forward again but the girl didn’t stand as she was already unconscious.

"The lightning is pretty powerful, and I can still move barely" Ethan muttered as he sat down close to the girl.

(I still can’t believe you cut through the spell, to cut through a spell you must be stronger or on par with the spell, and I’m sure that spell must be her most powerful spell and yet you cut through it)

’I’m getting pretty powerful, I wonder how powerful I will be once the goddess increases my stats, I should clear this smoke, Wind gust’

Ethan stretched his hand forward and a powerful wind blew the smoke away from where he was, the barrier was immediately lifted as it sensed the girl was unconscious, and once it did the girl’s eyes opened as all the damage she received was gone.

"Welcome back," Ethan said with a smile as he stood up.

"At least I made you use your lightning" the girl muttered as she stood up and both of them walked outside.

Ethan looked at his hand and the number had changed to rank 24, and once again all the students were staring at him, to them he used a flame sword to stop a wind spell.

Ethan went to the corner of the building and sat down on the ground, his Mana was nearly depleted because of the spells he used in rapid succession, both of his sensory spells to pinpoint the girl’s location.

His lightning cloak to increase his agility, his aero blade to confuse the girl, and then his lightning fist to finish her off.

Ethan sat there resting as the students all went around challenging and dueling, his sword was currently too hot for him to hold so he had to wait for his Mana to recover on his own, and he still had one more battle left or not.

Since he had fought someone above him, now he had to fight someone below him and no one came to ask him to battle till the dueling was over.

Isabella also battled with Freya but lost, unlike when she fought Ethan she couldn’t use the armor of the ice goddess and Freya overwhelmed her with continuous fire spells till she won.

The duels were finally over and all the students first went to eat before they returned to their dorm, but Ethan went straight to the bath.

All the students were given clothes to wear for training, each of them was given three each and Ethan had already worn two of them.

Ethan walked inside the bathroom and inside the bathroom, the blue girl was in the bath washing her body, Ethan already saw her true form but acted like nothing was wrong as he took off his clothes and walked towards the bath.

As usual, the girl’s eyes were fixated on his dick till he entered the bath.

"Hi," Ethan spoke as he relaxed his muscles.

"I saw your duel and I was really impressed, I didn’t know you were this powerful" The girl spoke.

"I’m not that powerful, and my spells take too much toll on my body, after fighting I need to rest a while before I can battle again," Ethan said.

"All spells take their toll, you just have to bear it, and maybe I can help" the girl muttered as she walked towards Ethan.

"What is your name?" Ethan asked.

"I’m Lilith" she spoke as she was now in front of Ethan.

"What about the other students, aren’t you worried some..." Before Ethan could finish his sentence Lilith controlled a small amount of water and moved it toward the door transforming it into an ice lock.

"We don’t have to worry about them now"
