"Who are you?" Xiao Jinsheng turned around and opened the door, demanding.

"A kind-hearted passerby, it’s me!" A husky crawled out from under the bed.

It raised its paw to adjust the bow tie on its chest and spoke mechanically: "Kind-hearted passerby here. Do you want this little puppy, or maybe a little wolfdog, or how about a little fox..."

"Stop, stop, stop!" Xiao Jinsheng quickly raised her hand to interrupt its self-introduction, hesitantly asking, "Are you that Divine Gold?"

Hearing this, she was 80% certain that the husky before her was indeed the Divine Gold System that had previously mistaken her for its host and brought her to Mist Continent.

"I should really thank you," Xiao Jinsheng smiled sarcastically and beckoned the dog over, "Come here, let me introduce you to those five bodyguards. Since you’ve come from afar, I’ll have them prepare some food for you in the kitchen."

Seeing Xiao Jinsheng being so welcoming, the husky eagerly pranced over.

"Kind-hearted passerby, we’re on the same side, on the same side here. Let’s talk it out, okay? Can you let me go first?" the husky negotiated.

Xiao Jinsheng sneered: "Sorry, I’m not in the mood to chat right now."

The husky, realizing Xiao Jinsheng wasn’t budging, noticed eight men gathered outside the room.

Its round eyes darted, then it shouted dramatically at Xiao Jinsheng: "Mommy! I finally found you, Mommy—"

"Mommy?" Mo Jiao’s violet eyes instantly turned grave.

Xiao Jinsheng released her grip like handling a scalding-hot potato, stepping three paces back to distance herself: "Don’t shout nonsense."

"Mommy, I’m your baby! I’m your precious baby!" The husky, sensing its gambit working, instantly transformed.

It morphed into a three-year-old child with animal ears on its head, reaching out to move toward Xiao Jinsheng.

Seeing this transformation, Xiao Jinsheng reacted as if she’d seen a ghost, launching herself sideways and clinging to Su Ye’s waist: "Dog system, are you the Divine Gold or not?"

"Mommy~ You don’t want your baby anymore?" The system cried, eyes red as it gazed pitifully at Xiao Jinsheng.

The system widened its eyes in terror, glancing fearfully at Mo Jiao before turning back to cry and crawl toward Xiao Jinsheng.

Shi Xie knelt down and pressed a hand firmly on its head, keeping it stationary.

"Is it really your baby?" Su Ye, who was supporting Xiao Jinsheng, looked down at her.

Xiao Jinsheng shook her head vigorously: "No, definitely not. I don’t even know it."

"Baby just wanted to check if Mommy is living well," the system whimpered while avoiding Shi Xie’s restraining hand and pleadingly gazing at Xiao Jinsheng.

"Can you stop spouting nonsense now? I think everyone here knows I don’t have kids," Xiao Jinsheng was beside herself with the absurdity of the Divine Gold System.

"No baby? But you’ve got so many..." The system glanced around before tilting its head, "You’ve got so many husbands, there must be one baby at least, Mommy. I’m your long-lost child!"

"Yu Yunxiao, fix its brain already," Xiao Jinsheng rolled her eyes.

Yu Yunxiao complied, picking up the system and probing it with his superpowers before delivering a verdict: "It can’t be fixed."

"It doesn’t have a brain." Yu Yunxiao emphasized that this was merely a factual observation, devoid of insults.

"Daddy, you’re bullying your baby!" the system accused Yu Yunxiao.

Yu Yunxiao froze, caught completely off guard.

Staring at the child, whose white hair and animal ears resembled his own, his voice trembled with disbelief as he turned to Xiao Jinsheng: "Could it really be our baby?"

"You should fix your own brain first," Li shoved Yu Yunxiao aside and squatted before the system. Before Li could say anything, however, the Demon Mask on his face made the system burst into tears.

"Mommy, Mommy—" The system wailed as it hurriedly tried to crawl back toward Xiao Jinsheng.

The closer it got, the more Xiao Jinsheng tried to avoid it.

Eventually, Huaiqing intervened, lifting the system and holding it in his arms: "Let it calm down first, then we’ll figure out where its home is."

"It’s not a baby; it’s a system," Xiao Jinsheng cut through the pretense, exposing its true identity.

Upon hearing this, all eight men turned their wary gazes toward the system.

The system opened its mouth as if to cry but, sensing the murderous aura emanating from the eight men, it forced a nervous smile: "No need to look at me like that. I was just trying to liven up the mood."

"Where did you come from? Explain yourself," Que Zelian said with a mirthful smile.

"I came here to find my mom—No, I came to find her," the system pointed at Xiao Jinsheng.

"For the record, it’s not my child," Xiao Jinsheng clarified.

She had only "opened for business" a mere three months ago; it was biologically impossible for her to have a three-year-old.

She always knew it was broken.

"Your name?" Mo Jiao asked coldly.

The system visibly flinched under Mo Jiao’s gaze, retreating slightly.

"I’ll ask then," Huaiqing adjusted his glasses and smiled at the system, "Little one, what’s your name?"

He tossed a piece of candy from his pocket toward the system.

"Guess." The system replied, reaching out to grab Huaiqing’s candy.

"Not guessing," Chen Yunji interjected.

The system glanced around at the group, sighed helplessly, and said, "My name is Guess, just one Guess."

"Shouldn’t you have been called a code number instead?" Xiao Jinsheng asked, puzzled.

"Code numbers are so embarrassing. I gave myself a proper name," the system explained. "If you don’t want to call my official name, I have a nickname too."

"What’s the nickname?" Su Ye asked.

"Guess-Guess," the system answered, adding, "I even have a little-special nickname: Guess-A-Little."

The group fell silent.

"Should’ve known better than to ask," Xiao Jinsheng sighed.

After revealing its name, Guess-Guess couldn’t help but ask Xiao Jinsheng inquisitively: "Are all eight of these men your lovers?"
