Chapter 45: I miss Hyung
Chapter 45: I miss Hyung
General POV
Seojin, after the shoot ended, decided to visit the hospital. He didn’t need to hear in words that his twin was sick before actually knowing it.
Their connection was strong enough for him to feel it. And because he felt it, he knew that he would be the next to fall sick.
So to be on the safer side, he decided to get some prescriptions from the hospital.
’He’s probably shaking right now.’ Seojin thought, looking at his watch. ’He won’t get anything by himself. I just hope he doesn’t collapse before I get back.’
Searching through his memories, Seojin could not remember the last time Seojun fell ill. He was always so tough.
’Wait, he did fall sick that one time.’ he thought.
It was a time before they came to Seoul. They stayed in Korea, but it was a place far worse than their father’s house, and the people there spoke Italian like them.
Seojun fell ill. So sick that it looked like he would die from the high fever. Yet those people... He shook his head.
That was a story for another day. He didn’t want to reminisce on a memory that was better yet forgotten.
He went to the hospital, but unfortunately, there was a long waiting list, so he had to wait. While waiting, he couldn’t help but gaze into his phone and at a particular number stored as Sweetie.
He smiled and wondered,
’Matteo will probably call Hyung over. But who knows? He might already have passed out. Should I call Hyung in his steed?’ he contemplated and just when he came to a conclusion, his phone battery died.
The smile on his lips slowly shifted in annoyance. He should’ve charged his phone or at least brought a power bank with him.
"Tch. The worst." He exclaimed, tucking his phone back in his pocket.
All he had to do now was hope his brother didn’t die before he got home. Or the least, he called their lovable Hyung to help him out.
’Hyung,’ he thought, sinking back into his chair. ’I miss Hyung.’
One thing he desired more than anything was to hold Dongwoo Hyung in his arms. Squeeze tight till all of him fits into his embrace.
He wanted to grab his jaw, attack his lips with his own, and explore his insides. His warm insides.
He shoved his fingers through his hair and sighed.
"Hah, it seems it’s already started." He exclaimed.
Desires that were so easy to hide became very transparent and fluid once they got sick. They became vulnerable so the thoughts that were swimming in their minds flooded out without restraint.
In this case, Seojin was worried that he would make a mistake if he let the sickness take over. He didn’t want to force Dongwoo Hyung into anything and didn’t want to scare him off either.
And for this, he wished more than anything, that Dongwoo Hyung would not be in the apartment when he got back.
’If he is... Does that mean Seojun already took the first move?’
While dwelling on this thought, a nurse walked up to him and saw his slightly flushed expression, she asked,
"Are you okay?"
Seojin rolled his eyes from the ceiling and towards her. She looked concerned.
"Your situation looks bad. Would you like to get admitted?"
Seojin fell silent. ’Of course, not. What am I? Do you think I’m that weak?’
He wanted to spit out the words at the nurse, but he tilted it completely, shook his head, and smiled at her.
"Thank you for your concern but I’d like to take prescriptions for two. My brother’s waiting for me at home." He politely said to the nurse and ended up blushing for the sick man in front of her.
"Oh, in that case, please come this way. The doctor will see you now."
Seojin’s eyes dropped the moment the nurse turned away. Even while sick, he had to act like a polite gentleman. It was sickening.
He rubbed his face with his palm and sighed. This would take a while.
After getting an earful from the doctor, who persistently advised him over and over to at least take in IV fluids and put up a smile despite feeling completely irritated by their words, Seojin was able to get out of the hospital with enough meds to last for a year.
"Fucking hospital." He cussed in spite. His head was ringing and he was feeling out of breath. "They wouldn’t just let me leave. I’d already be home by now. This is just the worst."
He trusted hospital prescriptions more than pharmacies. That was why he went through the trouble of waiting; if not, he would never have gone through all that.
He took a cab since his eyes were all over the place and finally got to the apartment. He walked slowly but he still staggered. But he was able to make his way to the door and while trying to put in the passcode, he banged his head on the door.
"Fucking headache. Just leave me alone already." He cussed under his breath and was finally able to put in the code.
While putting in the code, he remembered Dongwoo and muttered, "I want to see Hyung."
He opened the door and went straight to Seojun’s room, hoping he hadn’t died from the sickness. Well, they were in the same boat.
The moment he entered the room, he found Seojun on the bed and not just him, his sweet Dongwoo Hyung was there as well.
His wish came true. His Hyung was right in front of him but he was in Seojun’s arms and they were all over each other.
"I’m jealous." He muttered out loud.
He dropped the nylon filled with medicine on the lamp table and took off his coat. He entered the bed with them and hugged Dongwoo from behind.
"You feel so cool, Hyung." He muttered and just like that, Dongwoo shifted, feeling another person behind him. ’I want Hyung to face me too.’ he thought.
Dongwoo opened his eyes and seeing he wasn’t asleep anymore, Seojin acted out his thoughts.
"Hyung," Seojin called and reached his hand to turn Dongwoo’s face in his direction. "What are you doing here, Hyung? You’re not supposed to be here."
