Chapter 290: Look at you, being all desperate to hide your dirt

Seojun had passed through his fair share of approaches growing up. In other words, he had seen almost all the schemes a desperate woman could pull.

Be it putting pills in his drink or running into him in a funny coincidence... He knew them all.

So, when Song Haijin grabbed his hand and wanted to force a kiss on him, he saw it right away and pushed her down.

She had her hidden motives and he had his years of experience to help him out. She... Would get nowhere with trying to fool him.

Song Haijin, on the ground, gritted her teeth in anger.

How did he manage to evade her?

She was sure she took him by surprise, so how did he know she was trying to kiss him?

And why was he so rough with her too? Yes, she tried to kiss him but he didn’t need to push her down like that.

(Girl, if it was me, I’d throw you into one of those pillars and make sure your backbends so you don’t even need to walk in the runway)

She chose Seojun as her target because there’s a popular saying that the bigger guys are always gentle with women, but that was far from gentle.

He was brutal. And then he called her disgusting.

Ugh, she felt humiliated. But more than that... She got home and glared at Dongwoo; though she could not see him because of the tinted windows, she was sure he was looking down on her from inside. Though he was drunk, he was sober enough to give her a sneer and say,

"You’ll never win at her."

She got furious, kicked the tire of the car, and stormed off, deciding to take care of that reporter she had tipped off.

Yes, for this amazing show she had planned, she let Shinwoo tip off a reporter that something hot was going to happen between Song Haijin and one of the twins at that location.

The reporter was supposed to get a pic of them kissing but there was no kissing involved. Yet, she was certain he took a picture of something and that was most definitely a picture of her getting humiliated.

While the reporter looked at the pictures he took in glee, thinking how much fame he would get once he published an article with them like that... Sing Haijin approached him and snatched his camera.

"Hey!" He exclaimed and watched her throw the camera down, smashing it. "Are you insane?!" He flared, angrily. "Do you know how much that’s worth?!"

"Then you shouldn’t have been taking pictures of others’ private matters." She said, staring at him in disgust.

The reporter got angry and shouted at her,

"Look at you, being all desperate to hide your dirt." He said. "You got rejected so you’re taking it out on a poor reporter like me."

Song Haijin was pissed. She was angry that he would dare speak to her like that.

But before she could retort his words, Shinwoo walked up to them and said,

"Aish, there you are." He said and they both turned to watch him approach. "You drank so much so I told you to get some air. How are you making a drunken mistake already?"

He stood beside her and then looked at the smashed camera on the floor.

"Oh dear, so sorry about this." He said and bent down to gather the pieces. "This must be expensive so I’ll make sure to compensate you." He gave him the pieces of the broken camera and tucked his hand in his pocket to bring out his phone and also secretly keep something in it.

"What are you doing?" Song Haijin asked but he ignored her and just went ahead to pay up for the broken camera.

"There. I added a little extra." He smiled like the conniving snake he was. "I hope you enjoy the evening."

Yes, that could be considered a bribe.

He just didn’t need to speak about what happened there with anyone.

But Shinwoo did not really trust him to keep his mouth shut, so he took precautions.

"Now, shall we leave?" Shinwoo caught Song Haijin’s hand and started walking away.

"What are you doing? Let go." She struggled but through his teeth, he scolded her.

"Just be quiet. You’re already in the frying pan, yet you’re not satisfied and want to jump into the fire. Do you know what would happen if you fought with that reporter and he decided to narrate it to the whole world while releasing the pictures he took? You need to remember that you’re still a hot topic so getting in more mess will just drive you down the sink."

Song Haijin frowned but she couldn’t do anything about it. She was... Pathetic.

Shinwoo glanced at her through the corner of his eyes and sighed. She was such a piece of work.

As he walked past, Dongwoo watched him, and for the first time, he didn’t shiver or flinch at the sight of him.

Was it because he was drunk? He couldn’t tell but he kept his eyes on Shinwoo who dragged Song Haijin away and he thought,

’He’s not that scary.’

(I’m so proud of you)

Meanwhile, the reporter, knowing he would stand to gain so much more form just by releasing those pictures, twisted his lips and sniggered,

"I’m not a fool." He said. "I’ll still do what I want. Luckily, I have..." He paused as he saw that the place where his memory card was supposed to be was empty. "Where did it go?"

Even if a camera got smashed, as long as the memory card was intact, all pictures were safe but he couldn’t find the memory card.

"Where is it?" He scratched his head and looked down, completely oblivious that Shinwoo had taken it and slipped it inside his pocket while taking out his phone.

He was that smart.

Seojun returned with Seojin who looked like he was on top of the world and filled with glee.

He didn’t look like he was drunk. Rather, he looked like he was on cloud nine, filled with so much excitement.

"I call back seats with Hyung," he announced and went to the back seat but it was locked.

Seojun sighed and had to open the car before he could open the back seat.

They shut the doors and by the time Seojun got inside the car, he heard smacking lips and moans from the back seat.

So, that was why he wanted to get in the back seat with Dongwoo. He was so sly, especially when drunk.

He watched, through the rearview mirror, as they got it hot with each other’s lips and sighed.

"Hold on to your seatbelts," he said, even when he knew perfectly that they were far gone in lust, "...I’m gonna start moving."

"Ah, right. Matteo," Seojin called through panted breaths.

"What?" He answered like a grumpy old man.

"Can we stop at a convenience store? We’re out of lube."

Seojun closed his eyes for a few seconds and then opened them.

"Sure." He said. "I’ll stop at a convenience store. But no sex in the car until I’m back, got it? Your moans can reach the outside,"

"Yes, Seojun." Dongwoo answered and made eye contact. "We’ll wait for you."

Seojun looked away immediately. That gaze looked like a deliberate provocation and he cleared his throat,

"That’s not what I meant." He said.

(Well, I guess you misunderstood him. Because he meant they would wait for you to come back with the lube before they started, you bunch of horny fuckers. Ahem, excuse me.)
