Chapter 262 - 262 - Tying some loose ends (Part 1)

I have spent an unplanned week in Eieneos. It is not that I think it was a waste but it did put some of my plans on a delayed status, of course. Once I bid my goodbyes to everyone, I teleported inside my personal suite at the Moonlight Inn in Hoffen City. It was in the middle of a lazy afternoon and right now, there are only 5 days left before Aurum's birthday banquet.

Not even a minute passed when I heard two sets of hurried knocks on my door. I knew it was two sets since the strength of the knocks are different and were coming at two distinct parts of my door. When I opened the door, as expected, it was Kayden and Lark.

I invited them in and asked them to sit on the comfy chairs inside my suite. I served them tea and snacks like how one treats visitors. The two of them looked angrily at me and I laughed out loud at how frustrated they looked.

I stood up and approached Kayden first then gave him a fiery kiss on the lips until he was breathless. After that, I approached Lark and gave him his kiss to be fair.

I walked back to my seat and sat calmly like I did not tease the heat out of them a while ago. I teased them more by saying, "It was nice to see the both of you again. Did you miss me?" Both of them are still blushing and gasping for air. No one was able to reply immediately.

I gave both of them an update about Ioannis giving birth and how the babies are healthy. I surprised them about him giving birth to twins instead of just one child. I thought they would feel jealous but I saw them look genuinely happy for Ioannis and the babies safety as well as a spark of competitiveness in their eyes. They told me that it was always a blessing if both the father and the children are able to survive since most weren't as lucky.

I told Kayden that I will be bringing him back to my hometown soon which will also be our formal honeymoon and his registration as a member of my kingdom so he has to prepare well. He looked surprised and then extremely nervous afterwards. He then said, "So this time has finally come, huhp

? I'm scared."

I leaned into Kayden's ears and whispered, "You will be fine. Ioannis did perfectly fine. He went there with me and came back pregnant." I leaned back and saw my husband's face reddened like a tomato. He then slapped my thigh and said, "You pervert!"

I looked at Lark and winked at him. I leaned towards him as well and whispered, "You'll have your turn. Just drink those supplements everyday. I will bring you to my hometown after Dimitri since he's husband number three and he's next to complete the deification soon. Don't feel jealous, okay?"

I leaned back and smiled at him. He smiled back at me and nodded. He then replied,"I know that you treat us fairly. I will wait patiently for my turn." Oh my. How obedient!

I told them that I will have to meet some important people today so they have to leave my room for now. I promised to spend some alone time with each if them soon and after hearing those promises, that was the only time they left my room willingly. If my body was not created for making babies, I would have dried up and died a long time ago with how clingy my husbands are. I don't even have the heart to say no if they wanted intimacy.

Within five minutes of them leaving, Void appeared, standing a few steps in front of the chair where I was seated. I asked for updates and he said that the commotion I left in Zanahavre is getting bigger and bigger. Peony declared that he will follow me to another safe sanctuary and whoever wanted to come with him should meet him in two weeks time.

Void excitedly said that Peony's paternal family immediately supported his move as well as his loyal servants, guards and their respective families. None of his wives wanted to leave especially when they found out that "Luna" left a replacement orb to keep the sanctuary running as it is. His five sons had second thoughts of coming with their father and left to go with their mothers for now.

Like a gossipy person, he continued dramatically, "Peony looked heartbroken but stayed firmed to his beliefs. The elders even threatened him that he will lose his position as king if he leaves but he did not change his decision. He has started packing his belongings, both living and non-living into the storage ring you lent him. He also started talking to the commoners about the pending move to a better sanctuary. Only a small fraction showed interest since they have already been quite complacent with their life in the current sanctuary for almost half a millenium."

He added, "The current king of the fairies never forced anyone. He gave them convincing points and told them about the meeting spot in two weeks which is the same deadline you gave him." I praised Void for his detailed report and threw a pouch filled with sustenance for him and his people which he accepted gladly after thanking me profusely.

I stayed quiet for a while and did not dismiss him immediately. He patiently waited for my next instructions. I looked at him seriously and asked, "Would your people consider moving to the new world tree realm after I have settled the fairies?" He looked at me stunned.

He immediately fell on one knee and answered, "Yes, my queen! We will gladly follow you! We thank you for your generosity in wanting to save our race from our pending demise."

I asked, "I know you are speaking only for the dark elves. Do you think the blood demons would have the same decision?"

His eyes stayed staring on the ground as he respectfully replied, "They are in the same dire situation as we are. They would be stupid not to take this chance. Pride can't keep you alive and fed."

I replied to him, "Will you guide me to Aeterdumnox one of these days?" He excitedly shouted, "Yes. It would be my honor, queen!" I asked him to stand up and reminded him to avoid kneeling towards me.

I stood up and walked towards him. I leaned next to his right ear and whispered, "Tell your people about my plans. Convince the blood demons to join the move. If you do well, I will reward you with something amazing." As I ended my sentence, I placed my right hand on top of his womb and caressed it for a few seconds.

I heard Void gasp and then he started breathing heavily as if highly aroused. I leaned back and looked at his face. His darkened skin must have been able to hide his blushing face but that hungry look in his eyes says it all. I smiled at him naughtily then not even a second passed, he leaned forward and kissed my lips fiercely.

I kissed him back and wrapped my arms around his neck. He used his hands to grab my waist as he lifted me off the ground and made me wrap my legs around his waist. This horny dark elf even pinned me on the wall! Oh, totally forgot that he feeds on mana and lust or desires. He is really greedily taking sustenance from me.

As he was still enjoying the fiery kiss and the free flowing food he is getting from me, I teleported out of his embrace and reappeared sitting back on the seat I was in earlier. I heard Void groan in frustration as he fell on his knees while leaning on the wall where he was pinning me a while ago.

I spoke from where I was sitting, "That's just a taste of your future reward if you do well, Void. Go on and do you tasks. The quicker you finish it, the quicker your next feeding will happen, right?"

Void shakily stood up from where he was, clinging on to the wall for support for his legs that have gone shaky. He was still heaving but he still answered, "I understand, my queen. I will finish it as soon as possible." With that, he teleported away to another place.

Once Void has left, I sent a secret message to Xenos to meet me here for his reports on the target places we would be buying land and properties from. I had to wait about half an hour before Xenos arrived secretly in my suite.

He knocked respectfully at the door and waited for me to give him permission to enter. After getting permission, he kept his eyes on the ground and immediately started reporting all the information he has compiled and the things he has accomplished so far for the past month since I left Hoffen City.

As expected, the progress was impressive. All four of them have gotten in touch successfully with their paternal families and have gained valuable partnerships. All the target lands have been acquired secretly and was placed under a joint management with their families and Halcyon, my corporation. All the partnership contracts have also been signed with me being the financial partner, the four guys being their main contact person and their paternal families taking in the role as managing partners those lands under the four men's names.

All paperwork and legal documents have been completed. They have also have prepared their household documents to join my family after Aurum's banquet and wedding with me. They have also gotten a copy for Aurum's household documents with the help of his parents. They simply thought it in preparation was for his engagement to someone from the Eieneos kingdom and not the woman that Aurum was enamored with so they readily entrusted it to Xenos easily. Well, it was the same person anyway.
